You know they have the goods on Obongo too, and could bring him down if they decide to.

Her Royal Hipness will not be indicted. The justice department is thoroughly politicized, and is not going to mete out justice. She gets a free pass.

Just before Lynch goes forward with an indictment, Hillary will have a sudden and severe medical problem, Obama will cry as he announces his presidential pardon for the gravely ill former SoS, Hillary and Bubba will slink away until after the election, Biden will become the democrat nominee and will fill the airwaves with lots of memorable gaffs, and, on January 20, 2017, Ted Cruz will be sworn in as the 45th President of the United States of America.Yep! That could very well be how it all goes down.

Good points. Karma has to come around on her at some point.
I bet Trump could bring about her indictment just by Tweeting about it a few times. He is now driving even Obongo administration policy with his utterances.

Something’s in the air vis- -vis HRC. Today's LATimes article about Ron Burkle’s disenchantment with Hillary quotes him kvetching that Hillary arrives in Los Angeles and just holes up in the Bel Air hotel with Huma (as opposed to meeting with Burkle). Read the article. The quote is clearly an implication that HRC and Huma are lesbian lovers. I'm not endorsing this view; just pointing out how stunning it is that the LA Times would publish such an insinuation.

Wish this was true but afraid a corrupt DOJ will prevent this from happening.

And, I predict Hillary will not make it to the finish line. She's not going to be able to complete her campaign. The criminal investigation must focus on her and all the people around her. And, if Jim Comey, the FBI director, is doing his job, which I expect him to do as an honorable man, she cannot be the nominee of the Democratic Party. She's going to have to be charged with the crime. It's too late for Joe to get in... that's why Joe was talking yesterday about 'regretting his decision' NOT to run. Sanders played this one brilliantly... When Sanders told the press to back off on the emails... that he didn't want to talk about it - Joe folded like a cheap suit.

Comey is a Republican, and by all accounts a man of great integrity and honor. On top of that a non-indictment in the face of an indictment recommendation completely screws the whole process of protecting classified information. Soup to nuts - it’ll be next to impossible to convict anyone of it in the future if Hillary skates.
What else happens if the FBI recommends an indictment but Lynch refuses. Comey resigning in protest is pretty likely. Then what?
I agree with the notion that under these supposed circumstances Hillary will trade a pardon for leaving the race. Biden grabs the Super Delegates and then only needs about 35% of the regular delegates to win the nomination.
To: GOPJ
It’s not too late for Biden to get in, if he can grab the Super Delegates, who are overehelmingly committed to Hillary. With them he only needs 35% of the regular delegates to get the nomination.

It's too late to get into the primaries, but he could still be substituted in a brokered convention.

would he be past the times he could do so?
It's all very complicated but from what I've been able to piece together, each state has their own deadline in which a candidate can file for the primary election.
As of right now, there are approximately 22 states in which the filing deadline has expired for the democraps........

That could be part of it - Hillary will get delegates from the states where registration for the primary ballot has closed. They become free agents if she drops out, or alternatively could follow her direction to support Biden.
But how many of the big delegate states (CA, NY, FL, TX) have ended their registration period at this point? Can Biden still enter and get to the number of regular delegates he needs if he grabs the Super Delegates?

Crossover voters exist between Trump and Bernie... and crossovers between Hillary's working class whites (few that they are) and Trump.
Also, blacks who have been primed for 'the wife of the first black President’ are not going to switch happily to an old white elite like Joe. They're having a hard enough time voting for Hillary... and they definitely don't get Bernie.
If dems do a double cross move for Joe, Trump's President.
