It's all very complicated but from what I've been able to piece together, each state has their own deadline in which a candidate can file for the primary election.
As of right now, there are approximately 22 states in which the filing deadline has expired for the democraps........
So without pulling some major bull no Joe.
They need to first get Sanders the ticket, get him heart attacked with his age then bring in Uncle Joe, right?
