5.1 magnitude quake detected close to North Korea nuclear test site

A 5.1 magnitude tremor was detected close to North Koreaâs nuclear test site on Wednesday, triggering concerns that Pyongyang had conducted a fresh atomic explosion.
The US Geological Survey said the epicentre of the quake was in the northeast of the country, some 50 kilometres (30 miles) northwest of Kilju city, placing it right next to the Punggye-ri nuclear test site.

The S. Korean report says that the earthquake occurred at depth 0 km, and it is artificial. So it seems to be a nuclear test.
