Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus just gave presidential contender Donald Trump a huge vote of confidence in a Washington Post retrospective published Sunday about the Republican Party's hectic 2015:
I'm not one of these people that think that Donald Trump can't win a general election. I actually think there is a huge crossover appeal there to people that are disengaged politically that he speaks to.... Donald Trump taps into the culture. Some people in politics don't get it, don't understand it, are frustrated by it. It doesn't matter. He does.

I guess “pissed off” doesn’t belong to a particular political party.

If he gets to keep his job, Trump will have him on a short leash.

Rancid Prius confronts reality! Just like the MSM, as the probability of a Trump Presidency increases, all the naysayers are trying to cover their tracks. If I were Trump, Rancid would be one of the first to go!

It really doesn’t matter what Rinse said Previous, what matter is what Rinse Previous NOW believes, as he now seems to be saying that if Trump can hold on to his support, he will WIN IT ALL!
Smart man...coming around. I’m willing to forgive his past indiscretions where he thought Trump was a hopeless candidate.

BIG if...I hope Trump makes Rinse eat that ‘contract’ he signed.
Then tells him, “By the way, YOU’RE FIRED!!”

Rancid finally woke up ?
The cold, slimy, stinking body of a long dead fish of reality finally whapped him across his face, did it ?

Reince Priebus should get a job.

,
Don't you believe it.
The RNC is working with FOX NEWS to take out Trump.
Prince and Co. are invested in Chris Wallace, Brett Baier, and their darling, Megyn Kelly.
Don't go by what they say, but what they do.
After, Trump, they move onto Cruz. Project Rubio.

I actually think there is a huge crossover appeal
That is the 'bigger tent' the GOPestablishment has been wanting for over a decade. Trump is appealing to groups beyond the typical Republican party.
If the GOPestablishment wakes up and realizes that and gets behind the frontrunner, they could own DC for the foreseeable future.

Donald Trump taps into the culture. Some people in politics don't get it, don't understand it, are frustrated by it. It doesn't matter. He does.Andrew Brietbart said "politics is downstream from culture."
He said it during the time of obama's rise. And obama proved Andrew to be correct.
Andrew could have said the same about Reagan and his generation, which is yet another great example of Andrew's point.
For 2016, no candidate other than Trump is in tune with the culture. He attracts people from almost all demographics.
It's good to see the head of the RNC acknowledging Trump's strong relationship with our current culture. He knows it gives Trump a distinct advantage in the election.

Now there’s the kiss of death.
If this guy is bullish, it’s time to sell.
To: rabbinoles
Well, we know a lot of non-Democrats voted for Obama...
