Bush was never dynamic - he was a good Florida governor during a good time, but I never thought he could go much further.

However, it’s true that a paleo diet can make you depressed and slow mentally. It also makes you “hangry,” which means being angry from being hungry.

Lose weight? Just eat a normal diet, but not so much. And exercise more..
