Trump goes for broke in NH
The Hill ^ | 1/2/16 | Cate Martel

Donald Trump is ramping up his ground game and promising a heavy advertising campaign in the homestretch to New Hampshire's Feb. 9 primary.

Trump's campaign has announced that more than 200 town chairmen in New Hampshire will be helping him put up signs and get people to the polls.

He also is vowing to launch a $2 million ad buy in New Hampshire and South Carolina, where he has healthy leads in polls, and in Iowa, where he now trails Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas).

-snip-

Some wonder if Trump will even stay in the race if he loses New Hampshire.

"It's pretty clear Trump doesn't have a lot of patience for losers - and I don't think he's going to have a lot of patience for losing," said Dante Scala, New Hampshire Primary expert and political science professor at the University of New Hampshire.

"I think [if Trump finishes in second,] he would tire of that quickly."

What? Trump has put his personal brand and reputation on the line and if he loses you want to pain him as vindictive? Where do you get that idea?

If Trump seriously thought he was in trouble in NH, he wouldn't be down in Mississippi tonight.

“Once he wins, he will want back in Trump Tower to do his own thing. I do not think he understands the next four years he has to live in the White House and govern.”

You have a very warped imagination. You REALLY think he is going through this grueling schedule, being attacked from all sides, losing money from his businesses - just to quit the day after he’s inaugurated? Insane.

I suppose Cruz doesn’t want to win then. Oops, he DID say he wanted to - but I suppose you’ll twist that to mean something altogether different without the deranged spin.

“Can’t wait to see how they say he will quit after he wins the WH!”

Unfortunately, you may have put out another angle for the Trump haters to explore.

LOL I heard that. Not spend but WASTED. Trump knows the value of a dollar and how to hang on to it as long as possible. Just who in this day knows how and way we need someone like this in today’s world.

Go Trump/Cruz
Make America Great for Great Americans

No, I am saying he only has winning on his mind. The win is his goal, just the win. If he wins, he will then come to the realization this president title is going to take all of his next four years. It is putting him in a straight jacket when he is used to free wheeling all his life. Based on his behavioral history, he will be miserable living under the demands of the presidency - no more free wheeling, doing what he wants when he wants to do it. He was the King of his company but as president, he is not a King anymore.

As if a man who plans long-term deals and has run a real-estate empire for decades has no clue that he’s signing up for four years or what to expect?! That’s the most ludicrous attack yet, LOL!

Try again.

Making up ludicrous things about a candidate - projecting crazy actions at that - most certainly is an attack.

But you didn’t attack me, which us a nice surprise from a Cruz supporter.

“Of course it will be a VERY bad sign if he wins none of the first three.”

He may lose to Cruz in Iowa but I am not thinking it is a predetermined fact because Trump could do something extraordinary (I have no idea what since no one can contain him), to inch out a win. But he could lose and that will set off an explosion in his brain because he does not lose.

Then, comes New Hampshire and he had better win if he loses Iowa. I think another loss would be more than his brain could bare because he does not lose. I think he could lose to Chris Christy in New Hampshire, as Christy has been popular in New Hampshire for a long time, before this presidency thing came up. He has been there many times, likely more than any other candidate.

Now, Trump has hit Christy for going there so much, saying he should stay in New Jersey and govern. By Trump saying that, I think he is worried about Christy which he should be.

If Trump were to lose New Hampshire, I think he will have a nervous breakdown inside because he does not lose, but no one will know he is so wounded. He counts his worth by winning and losing twice will be catastrophic for him.

I'm considering his past behavior because past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. He has been able to be a winner in the past because he owned the company and could do what he wanted to be a winner. He doesn't own/run the election so some of it is out of his hands to control.

I know you are a Trump person and I do not hate any candidate, however because I have evaluated people's behavior for thirty years, I consider all candidate's past behavior to help me determine what they may do in the future. This said, no one can predict with absolute certainty what another person will do.

Trump has admitted he may not win Iowa and that was a good thing for him to say out loud as saying something out loud puts it in your brain more securely. If he wins New Hampshire after losing Iowa, he will be on a roll, thinking he will win all of them from that point forward.

So, what I am saying is, he must win New Hampshire if he does not win Iowa so he can keep himself mentally in the winner circle.

“you are a Trump person “

No, I’m a Cruz person. One who appreciates the difficulties he has and must overcome.
However I do despise dishonesty, childishness and idiocy so a few prominent ‘Cruz supporters’ don’t like me.

Trump, like Cruz, must do very well in the early primaries. Both would suffer some if they didn’t win one, maybe not much though.

The ‘psychoanalysis’ is what you wish to think so go ahead.

Sorry, the last time we conversed the name of Cruz was in that conversation. I will remember you are a Cruz supporter.
