Does it not disturb you at all that if he were the nominee and were successfully elected President that it would be essentially creating a dynasty? Perpetuating plutocracy should always be avoided in a republic. Especially when that candidacy is essentially bought from big donors. That, and his father and brother most certainly supported big-government solutions themselves. Jeb represents a continuation of that Democrat-lite tendency that has to be utterly expunged from the GOP. Like a cancer, it has to be removed, and jeering, bitterness, even ridicule, keep the knife sharp and make the removal more effective.

“He was going to be shoved down our throats and we were going to be FORCED to vote for him”

Exactly, the truth itself is a jeer, if this involved some trivial matter, the jeb jokes would write themselves, ‘jeb the builder’ or ‘jeb can fixit’ whatever it was,

The bush family has no problem spewing harsh comments at true conservatives, but never an unkind word is whispered toward an obama or clinton,

Who at this point doesn’t realize they were gonna force feed us Jeb and the irony is not that he actually had his chance in Florida, but the greater irony is that he was to be the acceptable gentleman loser to Hillary to allow the obama Marxist socialist train to keep rolling along full steam ahead,

If she should somehow implode or fall off the stage drunk, Jebbie would still be acceptable to the Soros cabal,

Now their being forced to consider puffing up that scripted whelp Rubio before his time and Jeb is no doubt feeling betrayed by it all,

I suspect for him though, the deepest cut is that NWO daddy bush is disappointed,

Sure, I agree with everything but jeering him. As I said he is the wrong candidate for the times and fortunately not a very good candidate.

But again he is on our side. I save my jeering for the likes of Clintons’, Bernie’s etc.

“Don’t forget that no one will show up to vote for Trump in the primaries.”

(GOPe Reasoning) Trump has NEVER received A SINGLE VOTE in a political election, and yet people think he can somehow receive the millions of votes needed to win. ARE WE CRAZY!

(Conservative Reasoning) Hmmm, come to think of it, Perot was in the same category and won 20 million votes in 1992 (while still being a nutcase)...and half of the people just on this site are ready to pull the lever for Trump.

“Still I do not get why the need to jeer him?”

Because HE IS STILL RUNNING, and he is still the FIRST CHOICE of the GOPe. Any candidate with any decent morals would have been LONG GONE, considering the money that he started with, the support level he started with, and the endorsements he started with. HE NEEDS TO LEAVE, and then we’ll stop jeering him (maybe, LOL).

Think of this as a boxing match. The champ gets whallopped, maybe even goes down for a moment, barely gets through the match. Then what happens - he comes to his senses and the next thing you know, you’re on the ground and he’s kept the title. We need to CONSTANTLY POUND BUSH, at least until he quits, then we can back off (maybe, LOL).

Another example - Romney after the first debate in 2012 was actually BEATING OBAMA, but then he pulled back, so as to not pile on, and now we have Executive Action on gun control about to be shoved down our throats.

The best thing for people that feel sorry for Bush to do is tug on his shoulder and politely tell him that it’s over. He’s got many millions from the family trust, he and his family never have to worry about working to meet expenses - he can have a really nice retirement in Puerto Rico or Little Havana or somewhere else where he feels comfortable.

“But again he is on our side. I save my jeering for the likes of Clintons’, Bernie’s etc.”

You need to pay more attention, then. For he IS NOT on our side. For just like Romney, McCain, etc., he would fight tooth and nail against conservatives, and with relish, but would put on his Tiffany gloves against the democrats. For THEY are all on the same team, AGAINST us. The “r” next to his name means absolutely nothing.

When you look at that overall map, it’s very hard to correlate the Cruz percentage when comparing his color coded areas to Trump’s.

The percentage shows him at just less than 2/3rds of Trump, and the color coded maps shows him owning no major population centers like Trump does.

New York
Los Angeles
Chicago

His color doesn’t even populate Texas.

In one explanation, the color codes on this map are off.

In another, Ted has nowhere near 20% of the vote.

Well said. It's way past time for Jeb Bush to move on for the good of the party!

What surprised me about Jeb was the totally unprofessional campaign he ran.  This alone was enough to shun him.  And now it appears he is only running to damage Trump.  Knowing he can't win, he's on a scorched Earth mission to destroy the Republican Party.

His attitude is childish, "If I can't win the chess game, I'm going knock all the pieces over."  He says he carries around with him a little baby Jesus token in his pocket, but does a Christian man continue to fight knowing he's destroying his party?

Let me point to two simple things I noticed that are very telling of his incompetence.

First, compare the campaign book covers below of Trump and Bush side-to-side.  From the pictures alone, which candidate would you figure could best fight against the Democrats and ISIS?  Which candidate was serious enough to plan ahead and have a professional book ready for his Presidential campaign?

Second, I received some highly amateurish fund raising emails from Jeb Bush.  Look at the example below.  Can you imagine asking your supporters to send in one dollar so they can get the chance to personally meet the Bushes in Houston?  Is the Presidency some kind of sweepstakes?  Is that how a serious candidate acts?  And this offer was probably made to be able to "prove" Jeb was getting lots of support from small donors.  It's a fraud!

Highly unprofessional.  This is why Bush should be jeered at and taunted.  He has squandered tens of millions of dollars of his donors' money and wasted everyone's time.

And if the Bush family has any respect remaining for the Presidency and the Republican party, it should force Jeb Bush to cease his totally failed campaign immediately!

You need to pay much better attention about who is and is not on your side, if not an ideal candidate from your or my point of view.

Your he is still running argument is really the only partly sound one offered in this discussion. I guess if I thought he had any chance of winning the nomination, I would see the argument, but I just see him as the wrong candidate at the wrong point in history and thus no one to concern myself with.

Though actually Bush still running splits the Bush/Rubio/Christie wing of the part. If I were to jeer someone for still running it might be someone like Santorum or Paul who is splitting up various parts of the somewhat conservative wing of the party.

It has nothing at all to do with my or your ideal candidate. It has to do with preventing a progressive republican from getting the nomination, another go-along type, who will have more animosity toward conservatives than he does for the democrats.

It has to do with nominating someone who will ACTIVELY battle the democrats, who will not speak in platitudes of “getting along” or “working across the aisle.”

I would suggest that you read Phyllis Schlafley’s “A Choice, not an Echo,” either the original from 1964 or her recent updated version. I would also suggest that you visit theconservativetreehouse.com and conservativereview.com to see what’s really going on.

In my view, you prevent others on your “side” from winning the nomination by working and voting against them. Jeering them on a website does nothing other than reveal things about the person jeering someone at least nominally on their side.
