One of the big issues I run into is that some people in MA think Trump is a KKK-style racist. They can't say exactly why -- although he does want to build a wall to keep Mexicans out(!) But they've been told he's a racist and therefore no decent person would vote for him.

Exactly. The average voter in America is tired of this BS. Trump gets away with his hyperbole because he says all the stuff we all want to say, but we don’t get the press coverage from the mainstream media. Trump gets covered, and the more extreme he sounds, the better the coverage. The next major election is more about the average American vs. the Press, than the average American vs. a Democrat. Not much difference, but it matters.
Watch Hillary’s campaign get the oxygen sucked out of it by Obama running for a third term against Trump.
That will do nothing but help Trump.
