World Net Daily/Clout poll has Trump up 39.5 among GOP to Ted Cruz's 21.3. If all voters are included, margin narrows to 37.8 to 23.1. Rubio at 10.1, Carson at 9.4.
Trump leads Cruz among 18-34 age group (58.3-13.9), women (37.6-23.2), Protestants (37-23), all blacks---not just GOP (40-10, although Carson leads Trump among blacks 50-40), Hispanics (45.2-6.5), and Asians (18.8-15.8).
In fact, Trump leads Bush, Cruz, and Rubio combined in Hispanic support (45-42).
The only category where Trump trails is in the "very conservative" political philosophy (57.5-21.2) but when "very conservative" and "conservative" are combined, Trump is tied with Cruz at 68.8.
Trump leads in all other philosophical categories, "very liberal," "liberal," "moderate," "conservative," and "declined to state."
MOE: 3.35, telephone poll, total respondents: 435 (19 Dem, 61 I, 365 "voters").
Trump leads 31-21 over Cruz among independents.
I assume this is "registered," not "likely" voters.
Not familiar with this polling company. But if the results are true and they are sampling not just GOP but Dem voters and whether they would vote for Trump and also minority voters...this may be the building of the epic Trump landslide I have been predicting. Voters are not just wanting change they are angry and that make this election lets stick it in the face of the establishment with a one finger salute and perhaps end up saving the Republic in the process....

Trump leads the guy that campaigns in Spanish and the two guys born of Cuban immigrants. THAT is something unusual, to say the least. I hadn’t seen that reflected in other polls (though it may have been and I just didn’t notice).
Otherwise, it looks like slow creep up for Cruz at the expense of Rubio and Carson. Trump holding steady at the top with numbers about where they have been.
World net Daily is a relatively conservative website. I would imagine they got conservative blacks and Hispanics to answer their poll
We need honest-non bias poll numbers. I do not know if one exists
What jumped out at me was Trump’s huge lead amongst millenials. I think that will be decisive against Hillary. My 15 yo took a political test in school and he came out aligned with Trump 1 and Cruz 2. Trump’s support amongst African Americans is also impressive. I believe the AA community respects Trump. Trump flies in the face of authority which is a very appealing characteristic trait to a demographic segment that has often felt and been told continually that they are oppressed.
It mean that if Trump does falter (and that's a big IF), Cruz stands to be the new frontrunner - keeping the GOPe well in the distance.
And what about Jebbie's big comeback? I don't see any indications of it here. He's even trailing Rand Paul!
Yes. Really informative as the first choice respondents mirror almost exactly the WND poll. We’ve been through the exercise before that your continual harping on 1st/2nd choices combined means nothing. At this point, Cruz is nothing more the new Carson, assuming the mantle as the non-establishment Trump alternative. We’ll see how many more times you oost that graphic over the next dew days....
Only “more informative” because it suits your needs. I have told you before that the “second choice” is highly misleading because it is predicated on too many “what ifs.” Go with first choice please. Ted’s getting crushed.
I only posted it because a) WND is quite pro-Cruz, and b) it is absolutely 100% in line with every other poll in the last two weeks except the infamous “Q-poll.”
What the numbers are with non-GOP blacks, who knows? I'd like to see it too. Heck, it's damn near impossible to get a good estimate on how many REGISTERED black GOP voters there are in either FL or GA.
I stopped worrying about that a couple of months ago. Only Rubio is left, and his GOPe full court press against Cruz only backfired.
I don’t think the Black numbers are accurate.
My connections say they are going “All In” on the Trump is racist story.
I have heard things (total fabrications) which indicate New Black Panthers are behind it.
Don’t know if it will stick but don’t believe these numbers yet.
I think these are GOP numbers, which wouldn’t surprise me. On all blacks, Trump doesn’t need 30%. He doesn’t need 20%. If he gets 12% it will be the end of the Dem party. They’ve needed over 93% of the black vote to have a shot in any election.
Trump has an ace up his sleeve with Black voters. Muslims don’t tolerate Blacks, and already there is documentation of a muslim assaulting a Black in America based, shouting racial [sic] epithets. He’s probably saving that for Clinton face-off. When Blacks realize that Muslims are likely to depose them as the minority-of-choice, things will get nasty quickly. This is why so many Black preachers endorse Trump.
Except that the large % of blacks in prison are black Muslims!
