It appears to be made for a two handed rotation function. Possibilities:

- Spooling thread or other material
- Back massage
- putting decorative indentations into clay

I think it was used for making spaghetti.

A dough cutter......My grandmother could have used it.

She made homemade chicken noodle soup from scratch, even the noodles.

She would flatten the dough with a rolling pin then slice it up into pieces with a knife then add it to the soup........

Yep. I didn't realize the septic tank was so big. If I could connect to city sewer, I could rent the house and move into the tank.
