While the country has been fixated on Donald Trump's tormenting his Republican primary opponents and deeply concerned about the governmentâs efforts to identify any confederates in the San Bernardino, California, killings, a team of federal prosecutors and FBI agents continues to examine Hillary Clintonâs tenure as secretary of state in order to determine whether she committed any crimes and, if so, whether there is sufficient evidence to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
What began as an innocent Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch, a D.C.-based public advocacy group promoting transparency in the executive branch, has now become a full criminal investigation, with Clinton as the likely target.
The basic facts are well-known, but the revealed nuances are important, as well. When the State Department responded to the Judicial Watch FOIA request by telling Judicial Watch that it had no emails from Clinton, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit. When the State Department made the same representation to the court -- as incredible as it seemed at the time -- the judge accepted that representation, and the case was dismissed.
Then The New York Times revealed that Clinton used a private email server instead of the governmentâs server for all of her work-related and personal emails during her four years as secretary of state. After that, the Judicial Watch FOIA case was reinstated, and then the judge in the case demanded of State that it produce Clintonâs emails.

CRIMINAL investigation? When a DemonRat is involved, it’s just an ‘investigation’ of an ACTIVITY NOT A PERSON isn’t it?
Oh good grief.
There have been criminal investigations and congressional investigations against this woman for fifteen years.
Nothing can touch her.
Federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office.
Such as, say, President of the United States.
“If you do this or that bad thing, you’ve essentially disqualified yourself as being the leader of the free world,” said Mukasey, referring to the illegal server and the illegal handling of classified materials.
Mukasey specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:
Shouldn’t voters know that? The media isn’t telling them. So it’s up to us.
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term âofficeâ does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 795; Pub. L. 101â510, div. A, title V, §â¯552(a), Nov. 5, 1990, 104 Stat. 1566; Pub. L. 103â322, title XXXIII, §â¯330016(1)(I), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)
and it will keep draaaaagggiiinnnggggg out until after November 2016.
Trust me the MSM is only reporting any of this because it is too prominent to be buried. The best they can do is give it the airwave version of just below the “retractions and corrections” section of the paper.
If she wasn't indicted by Ken Starr, what makes anyone believe this DOJ will do so?
Rules & laws don’t apply to her.
Not a chance that anything is being done with hillary. Everything including her Home Brewed Server will disappear.Obama has been running interference for her and she is paying handsomely. FBI Director Comley(?) is portrayed as no nonsense and impartial. That is total BS.
Rules & laws donât apply to her.
That’s true.
And all the tools to stop her are right in front of our eyes for all to see but nothing will be done.
With all the precedents Obama has set, Hitlery would be a total dictator in a very short time.
After the just passed House Budget vote, it’s clear the fix is in. There is no Republic.
This is the GOPe OK for whatever Obama wants to do during the rest of his administration. We have one party rule.
Standby for Gun Control!
Nope. It's merely a 'prilimiary inquiry'. Then it will fade away into nothingness.
her server is probably on route to a Arkansas junk yard
She hasn’t been charged let alone convicted. There is no chance for charges. She doesn’t have to turn over emails(in batches) until 2016. It will take several years to investigate. Then all will be cancelled when she becomes POTUS. Her money buys many things.
and this inquiry is taking so long why, seems pretty cut and dried to me. Patraius pleaded out to a charge within weeks of it being made known. This inquiry, which should have been top priority, is dragging on. By now it should be before a grand jury for testimonial subpeonas and for documents but nothing is known about any such move. Oh, forgot, the Just Us department’s attorneys have to bring it before a grand jury, the FBI does not do that.
“Rules & laws don’t apply to her.”
Ahh,but the laws of nature and her medical history do.
Her next stroke will finish her.
Probably got dropped into a steel smelter.
Couldn’t the Attorney General of the state her server was kept in, indict her for transmitting classified emails from foreign areas to the US or visa versa?
I’m not holding my breath.
Thanks.
Hillary Clinton: The criminal investigation keeps moving forward.
Sure it is moving forward. I expect that it will conclude just after her death.
