Mark Levin ain’t too happy with Trump’s latest ATTACK on Cruz…
The Right Scoop ^ | Dec 13, 2015 | soopermexican

Posted on 12/13/2015 5:12:19 PM PST by Isara

After a pretty ridiculous swipe at Ted Cruz’s evangelical faith on Saturday, el Trumpo continued the attack today by calling Cruz a “maniac” for his efforts as a Senator.

And that doesn’t sit too well with the Great One, Mark Levin:

mark levin on trump

I have a feeling we’re going to be hearing more of Levin’s opinion on this on Monday on his radio show.

Trump might be ramping up the attacks because he sees polling that shows Cruz gaining on him nationally, and actually defeating him pretty badly in Iowa.

For his part, Ted Cruz just made a funny joke out of the critique from el Trumpo and posted it on Twitter.

If he goes full on democrat after the primary, it will be terrible for the base.

Not to mention America.

I think Trump has illustrated his own issues with judgment this week by getting into a conflict with Netanyahu and calling the Saudi prince “dopey”. He can’t seem to get along with our allies.

The only one's judgment that should be questioned is yours...Trump did not get into a conflict with Bibi and that Saudi Prince is definitely not our ally...

He has doubled down today with an attack on the Koch Brothers. He retweeted something right out of the Bill DeBlasio playbook. Trump is going full Leftists today. He is going full Occupy Wall Street.

And don't forget the Scalia attack. And yes all of these Trump attacks are straight from the left.

Perhaps Trump needs Reuters and CNN to PUSH up his poll numbers.

Just a theory.

Has Rush endorsed Trump? I don’t think so. Rush has just been like many others. He has enjoyed seeing Trump smash the MSM and GOPe. I cannot believe Rush will endorse Trump or agree with his basing Cruz and Scalia.

Cruz birtherism still getting you nowhere loser?

Like usual you are purposely distorting an incident that happened. Cruz siad “The voters would have to make the decision”. That’s not an attack, except for in your head.

Now go bother someone else with your nonsense.

“Cruz birtherism still getting you nowhere loser?”

Did I mention anything about Cruz’s qualifications in that post? No.

Can you gainsay what I wrote? No.

Did you address what I said in that post? No.

In line with your stupidity, you instead go off on a tangent to divert attention.

You remind me of the old saying: “If your brains were gun powder, you would not have enough to make you sneeze.”

Bibi had said he would meet with any Presidential candidate and Trump had his trip planned. Suddenly it was canceled, about the same time at least half of the Knesset had already condemned Trump’s Muslim ban.

Saudi Arabia has been considered an ally for 70 years. Most of the princes have a life style like Bill Clinton, but we shouldn’t throw stones.

When you are siding with Saudi Arabia against a US patriot, you may consider yourself an official member of the Cult of Cruz.

Your chart is BS, here's some truth for you

Ted Cruz likes to be on both sides of an issue.

Egypt
Cruz sided with the terrorist Muslim Brother (MB) when the Egyptian military military over threw the terrorish MB.

"President Obama's detached and abstract statement yesterday on deteriorating conditions in Egypt is only the most recent manifestation of this Administration's failed policy in that country. As there can no longer be any reasonable doubt that what occurred in July was a military coup, the first step is to send an unequivocal message that the United States is a nation of laws and suspend aid to Egypt."

source

But ..... Cruz praising the Egypts' al-Sissi that lead the coup to over throw the MB.

Let me contrast President Obama, who at the prayer breakfast essentially acted as an apologist. He said well gosh the crusades, the inquisitions ... We need a president that shows the courage that Egypt's President al-Sissi did as a Muslim when he called out the radical Islamic terrorists who are threatening the world.

source

On the Patriot Act Texas Senator and GOP presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz
praised fellow presidential candidate and Senator Sen. Rand Paul's speech against the renewal of the Patriot Act on Wednesday.

Cruz began, "I would note he [Rand Paul] and I agree on a great many issues, although we don't agree entirely on this issue, but I want to take the opportunity to thank the Senator from Kentucky for his passionate defense of liberty. His is a voice that this body needs to listen to." And praised the prior work of Rand and his father, former Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX).

He continued, "I think protecting the Bill of Rights is a fundamental responsibility of the federal government. And it is heartbreaking over the last six years that we have seen a federal government that not only fails to protect the Bill of Rights, but that routinely violates the constitutional liberties of American citizens, routinely violates the Bill of Rights."

Cruz added, "It is the position of the Obama administration that the federal government has the full constitutional authority to track the location of every American citizen, no matter where we walk. That is a breathtaking assertion of power."

source

But .... Senate Renews Patriot Act and Rejects Bill That Would've Ended NSA's Domestic Spying Program
Here's the roll call, vote by vote position. Notice the four Republican Senators who voted for it: Senators Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Dean Heller, and Lisa Murkowski.

source

Cruz is for legal status (amnesty) for illegal immigrates
"And I'd like to make a final point to those advocacy groups that are very engaged in this issue and rightly concerned about addressing our immigration system, and in particular about addressing the situation for the 11 million who are currently in the shadows. If this amendment is adopted to the current bill the effect would be that those 11 million under this current bill would still be eligible for RPI status. [Registered Provisional Immigrant] They would still be eligible for legal status and indeed under the terms of the bill they would be eligible for LPR status as well [Lawful Permanent Resident], so that they are out of the shadows, which the proponents of this bill repeatedly point to as their principle objective -- to provide a legal status for those who are here illlegally to be out of the shadows. This amendment would allow that to happen.

And a second point to those advocacy groups that are so passionately engaged. In my view if this committee rejects this amendment, and I think everyone here views it as quite likely this committee will choose to reject this amendment, in my view that decision will make it much, much more likely that this entire bill will fail in the House of Representantives. I don't want immigration reform to fail. I want immigration reform to pass, and so I would urge people of good faith on both sides of the aisle, if the objective is to pass common sense immigration reform that secures the borders, that improves legal immigration, and that allows those who are here illegally to come in out of the shadows, then we should look for areas of bipartisan agreement and compromise to come together and this amendment --I believe if this amendment were to pass the chances of this bill passing into law would increase dramatically, and so I would urge the committee to give it full consideration and to adopt the amendment."

Video at the source

But ......
"A majority of the candidates on this stage have supported amnesty," he said. "I have never supported amnesty, and I led the fight against Chuck Schumer’s gang of eight amnesty legislation in the Senate."

source

On TPA Cruz wrote
By establishing TPA, Congress will send a signal to the world. America's trading partners will know that the U.S. is trustworthy and then put their best offers on the table. America's rivals will know that the U.S. is serious and won’t abandon the field. And the American people will know this trade agreement is a good, fair deal—because they'll have the information they need to decide for themselves. Promoting American trade will create more opportunity in the country, and so I strongly urge our colleagues in Congress to vote for trade-promotion authority.

source

But ..... Ted Cruz Flips on Trade Bill on Eve of Key Senate Vote

source

On Justice John Roberts Cruz wrote
But, as a jurist, Judge Roberts's approach will be that of his entire career: carefully, faithfully applying the Constitution and legal precedent.

He is a mainstream judge, respected across the ideological spectrum. Thus, he's earned praise from liberal icons such as Harvard Law Professor Larry Tribe, and Chicago Law Professor Cass Sunstein, as well as from Clinton Solicitors General Walter Dellinger and Seth Waxman, and Carter and Clinton Counsel Lloyd Cutler, the latter two of whom both described Roberts as a man of "unquestioned integrity and fair-mindedness."

source

But ..... In St. Louis, Cruz asked the room to imagine what America would be like if Roberts and retired justice David Souter were never on the court.

"In 1990, in one room, was sitting David Souter," said Cruz. "In another room was sitting Edith Jones, the rock-ribbed conservative jurist of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. George Herbert Walker Bush picked David Souter. Let's fast-forward to 2005. In 2005, in one room was John Roberts, and in another room was my former boss, Mike Luttig, a rock-ribbed conservative jurist on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals -- and George W. Bush picked John Roberts."

"But provide your source or any form of evidence to document that he did it because he wanted campaign financing from the GOPe."

Unfortunately, Ted Cruz is part of the Wall Street purchased construct that is currently infecting our entire body politic. The connections to the U.S. CoC legislative agenda, and Goldman Sachs are evident within action not words, along with KtP and obviously his wife Heidi Cruz [ employed by Goldman Sachs, and adviser to Council on Foreign Relations].

Nor do I, sad to say. The entire youth vote isn’t going to vote for Cruz, the weird females aren’t going to vote for him, the blacks won’t and I highly doubt the mexicans would.
I just don’t see any broad support for him.

And still I wait to hear Cruz say yes or no on the simple question of amnesty. Sigh

This terrorist has 30 billion dollars...He's going to give it away...He's going to build thousands of mosques in the U.S....He is going to fund numerous muzlim groups...His goal is to overrun the USA with muzlims and sharia law...Destroy our country as we know it...

I know that...Trump knows that...Every one in gov't knows that including Ted Cruz...Why don't you know it???

>> Anther possible fantasy is Trump not going third party if Cruz wins the nomination. <<

The Trump fans seem to be taking a page out of the playbook of odious RINOs like Mike Castle, Arlen Specter, Dede Scozzafava, Lisa Murkowski, etc., etc.

It's ALWAYS a one way street with them -- they will endlessly bully conservatives and DEMAND conservative voters pledge to support them in November "or else the Democrats will win", but the reverse is NOT true if they lose. If the RINO loses the primary, they NEVER promise to "get behind" another conservative. They will happily endorse the Dem out of spite or bolt to a third party to "teach the GOP a lesson" of daring to nominate someone else.

I see the same tactics with Trump fans. Endlessly, they demand conservative voters who dislike Trump still pledge to support him if he's the nominee -- "Trump or Hillary, pick one" But, of course, none of them demand Trump pledge to support another Republican if HE loses the primary. Trump was noticeably the ONLY Republican on stage to decline to raise his hand when asked to pledge if he would support the Republican nominee in November, and his fan club APPLAUDED him for his "independence" and "courage" to "stand up to the GOP establishment"
