Who said it : Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.
1. "Barack Obama proved that determination combined with opportunity and intelligence can make things happen-and in an exceptional way."
2. "[A]mending the Civil Rights Act would grant the same protection to gay people that we give to other Americans-it's only fair."
3. "It's part of culture. It's part of a way of life. People enjoy hunting and shooting because it's an important part of who they are, not because they are bitter."
4. "[Mitt Romney] had a crazy policy of self-deportation, which was maniacal. It sounded as bad as it was, and he lost all of the Latino vote."
5. "Now that we've said these people are no longer deadbeats-they're actually out there being productive-how do we keep them there?"
6. "I was one who supported giving President Bush the authority, if necessary, to use force against Saddam Hussein."
7. "I've known John [McCain], really, for a long time. He's a good man. He's a quality man."
8. "The economy crashed so horribly under George Bush because of mistakes they made having to do with banking and lots of other things. I don't think the Democrats would have done that."
9. "Look at the war in Iraq and the mess that we're in. I would never have handled it that way."
10. "I believe marriage is not just a bond but a sacred bond between a man and a woman."

You might wanna duck!
The responses will be...
1) Defend what Trump said in certain circumstances while ignoring the other stuff.
2) Reinterpret his words in amazing ways.
3) Bash you, Cruz, the author, Rush Limbaugh, etc.
4) Claim that all of it happened a long time ago and doesn’t matter now because “Trump is going to build a wall.”
...and cover!
Quoting Trump and his fondness for Libs is not going to matter to his supporters. They’ll say it’s out of context, or it’s not really fair. They cannot accept or process that really is not a conservative American.
And the quiz was easy. The coherent statements were clearly Hillary’s.
ruh roh....”Gonna Leave a mark” PING!!!!
Go, Trump, GO!!

Hillary said 3, 5, 6, and 10.
I don’t recommend going to the site because that picture is very scary.
Yeah, let me vote for the guy who wants to be all “fair” to gays.
Nope.
...and who exonerates ALL DEMOCRATS from ANY culpability with the Fannie Freddie caused crash in 2008..........
I don’t really care how “conservative” our next president is on every single issue. They all lie to get into office anyway.
I want Trump because he’s funding his own campaign and is beholden to no one, and because the GOPe and the media are against him. They’re scared of him because they can’t control him, which tells me he’s different right there.
‘Zactly, when we ALL know better.
Preach it, brother!
As a 100% Cruz guy, I am in complete agreement. I will happily admit that if Trump had not smashed the Overton Window (to mix a metaphor), Jebbie might already have been anointed.
Is there any Freeper who, if told a year ago that it would come down to Trump vs Cruz, would not have been delighted?
If you don’t care whether we have a conservative in office, you’re part of the problem.
How the Democrats Created the Financial Crisis: Kevin Hassett
With landmark lawsuit, Barack Obama pushed banks to give subprime loans to Chicagos African-Americans
Bill Clinton blames Democrats for the mortgage mess
I would say:
1. Trump
2. Trump
3. Trump
4. Trump
5. Trump
6. Trump
7. Trump
8. Trump
9. Trump
10. Trump
Me too. Trump/Cruz would be an outstanding ticket.
My point is none of them are truly conservative on all issues, which apparently is what the purists on here demand. Reagan was elected 35 years ago, and the country has changed profoundly in the intervening years.
Whenever someone is yelling “purist” I know I’m dealing with a person who’s trying to justify support for a liberal.
There is no “perfect” conservative, but Cruz is far and away the best since Reagan, and may even end up being better.
Back liberal Trump if you want, but don’t expect others to go off that cliff with you.
Actually, a lot of conservatives here are “going off that cliff,” so I think we outnumber Cruz’s supporters. Don’t get me wrong, Ted is my second choice, but the media has been demonizing him for a couple of years now, so I think it’s too late for him to win. At least with Trump, he doesn’t care what they say about him and is able to go over the media to get his message to the people.
