It's March 15, 2016.
America has just been hit again by ISIS with two teams of shooters and a suicide bomber targeting rescuers. The bodies of the shooters are identified and records are quickly found that prove they came to the United States a month after Donald Trump called for a moratorium on Muslim immigration.
If Obama or Hillary sent them enough money, then yeah, they’d wait.

And talking. It’ll take doing and that’s where Trump comes in.
I think we have at least two factors at play here: What ISIS leadership wants and what distant followers of Isis do.
I don't think the leaders have direct control over their followers as would a well organized military organization. Thus we will continue to have occurrences like San Bernadino, but well organized mass attacks like Paris may be something else.
I predict the next attack happens before March 15th. Any week now. Trump will be a prophet after that.

The other candidates are mostly negative to the trump positive message
The administration has no message, a nice set, but no message to the theater

You can’t predict by thinking like a Westerner. As I hear it told, Islam wants to bring about open conflict with the West, precisely because fence-sitting Muslims in the West are more likely to become radicalized if they feel the anti-Islamic heat.
Mind you, I don’t take this as a reason not to face the challenge sooner rather than later, because however bad it may be to confront now, it will be worse to confront later.
Therefore, as I understand it, getting Trump elected would suit the radicals fine. Remember, even if they lose a lot of their own in a bloodbath, they are not averse to that possibility. Think of them like the Star Trek “Borg” collective.

They’ll blame Trump for inciting the terrorists, just like they blamed Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh, even though it was ridiculous. The question is whether they can make it stick. I don’t think they can.
Been thinking about this also. As suggested above, they simply can’t help themselves. But even if they may think strategically as you describe, I think they want the fight. Why wait for the grand confrontation? Indeed, they might just want Trump.
Well put. And I have to say, my wife and I find ourselves hoping that any attacks that do end up happening here are learned to be Islamic terror, rather than anything else. What a sad state of affairs - hoping my president is humiliated in wartime. Just damn.
