Jorge Ramos Calls for Repeal of Second Amendment
newsbusters.org ^ | 12/6/2015 | Jorge Bonilla

"We have a pattern now of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere else in the world", said President Barack Obama during an interview. "We should come together in a bipartisan basis and every level of government to make these [attacks] rare as opposed to normal”.

But that’s not going to happen. No presidential candidate – none - dares to even propose a prohibition on [private ownership of] firearms. And even the most reasonable ideas - such as barring the sale of firearms to persons on the no-fly list - are rejected in Congress. Conclusion: we have to sit around and wait for the next massacre.

Now the immigrants come to America because they like it, but then they want to change it.

The immigrants do not like us. They have been taught from birth the US has stolen everything and that their lives are trash because of us.

They come here to make/steal as much money as possible to send back to their families and to destroy as much of our system as they can. They are too ignorant and stupid to understand what freedom and liberty are about and are too steeped in third-world leftist propganda to even care about freedom and liberty.

Whore-hay Ramos, come to New Jersey if you oppose the second amendment. It’s been ignored here for years.

Right after the lyin’ kings absurd nothing rant last night I fired off to my congress critter and one of my senators calling them on this no fly/no buy BS. The other senator is a waste of oxygen and the only one I know that’s been assaulted by a tread mill. What do I expect back? The usual boiler plate response of “Thank you for contacting me with your concerns and rest assured I will bear that in mind should such legislation come up. Feel free to contact me again.” Blah, blah, blah. But you never know.

I like it. That’s a good name. Let’s do it. Alberta and Saskatchewan would join too I’m sure.

The interesting part would be that the CSNA affirms the US Constitution in all it’s articles, as written and as prima facia law.

The interpretations of the Federalist Papers will settle all questions and any and all “modern cultural” interpretations will be held “null” until and unless they are found to agree with the Federalist Papers interpretations, as determined by the Courts.

Unlike Obama at least Mr. Ramos respects the Constitutional process.

He could then invest in and profit from the black market smuggling of firearms and other armament into the US for sale to terrorist, gangs and thugs. Only the law abiding will comply. Of course this would turn many law abiding into “terrorist”.

This is like the South. Others come to South to visit and like it, but when they move here they want to change it.

Colorado was a hard core conservative state until those ass---- from California, Oregon, and Washington State moved there to flee insane taxes. Then they wanted to make it like California. My apologies to all in Washington, Oregon, and California that live 50 miles East of the Pacific Coast. Those East of that line are the good guys. Please tell your people on he coast to stay there, otherwise you are welcome to Texas.

I’ve made this assertion before, and I’m going to make it again.

The Second Amendment simply recognizes what is a natural right, the right to self-defense.

This right belongs to all people, not just U.S. Citizens.

Therefore, the Second Amendment applies to the entire world.

Repealing it would be a symbolic gesture, but it would open the door to lots of abuse by agents of government acting under color of law, much like the oppression seen around the world today (that has been going on forever).

Not that this isn’t already going on here in the U.S., especially in certain states, but it would become far worse.

The Second Amendment can be repealed.

Doing so, however, would not mean we do not retain the right to effectively defend ourselves against those more numerous, more powerful and less principled than ourselves.

The courts already have invalidated the Constitution because they don’t base decisions in law anymore.

Very true. Scary fact is we are one Supreme Court justice away from a de facto negation of the Second Amendment. Congress could pass a law limiting gun ownership only to certain types of weapons (even more limited than now, for example, hunting rifles not handguns--or muskets), require registration, require storage in a secure facility away from the home, and check out/in procedures, and create huge penalties for violation of those laws. After that, give the government a crisis to use (say, 14 people dead in a mass shooting), and then the executive branch swoops down with an emergency order taking control of all the guns.

Now you have a central government that is prepared to do what it has been wanting to do all along--eliminate the American citizen from the world stage. We are the last obstacle to one world government.

Dual citizenship is BS. You can only owe allegiance to ONE country. If you don’t pick America then you are listed with the enemies.
