ISIS army of scientists set to wage chemical and biological war on West: Experts warn weapons of mass destruction 'have been carried undetected' into European Union
ISIS has recruited experts with chemistry, physics and computer science degrees to wage war with weapons of mass destruction against the West, a shocking European Parliament report has claimed.
The terror organisation, according to the briefing document, 'may be planning to try to use internationally banned weapons of mass destruction in future attacks'.
The document, which was compiled in the aftermath of the deadly attacks on Paris claimed that ISIS has already smuggled WMD material into Europe.

If there is one thing on Earth that’s not worth worrying about, it’s an ISIS “scientist”.
I wouldn’t worry overmuch about terrorists conducting chemical or biol war.
The way they could carry out chemical warfare is mostly with sabotage at a chemical plant, so if they do background checks, or just not hire Muslims, by (gasp!) profiling, other efforts by them to obtain chemicals will be stopped at point of purchase.
Biol warfare is much, much harder. You not only have to produce a lot of some deadly pathogen, but you have to create a delivery system that is awful hard to fabricate.
The final straw is that terrorists really want big explosions, or at least to kill people face to face. So they don’t put much effort into other means.
No, it would mean another climate summit to show them we really mean it this time.

Correct. Contaminating public water supplies with a biological would be more of a nuisance than serious threat. Unless it was a very small system. Targeting the HVAC of a small structure or a single room would be a more realistic scenario.
