Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Today, at another Inland Empire city, San Bernardino, we have a bizarre mass murder at a state facility for developmentally disabled persons. Watching the TV newsfeed of the police circling a shot to pieces car in their armored vehicles, you could almost feel the fear of the police, even though they must know the occupants in the car are dead or out of commission. Shooting people in the back is much safer. Of course, Obama will feast on these killings like a cannibal cooking Christian missionaries. Just sickening, all around. Just after the shootout, the cops backed off to safe range from potential bombs until the bomb proof trucks arrived. They took at least half an hour off waiting for the all clear....
