Sunday on ABCâs âThis Week,â Republican presidential candidate Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) said his rival Donald Trump will not be the nominee because â80 percent of Republicans donât support him.â
Kasich said, âItâs about whether we want to have a leader who unifies the country. Donald Trump has criticized and insulted women, his Hispanics, Muslims, reporters.â
Guest host Martha Raddatz asked, âDo believe what Donald Trump is saying that he didnât know he was insulted the reporter?â
Kasich said, âHe has insulted other reporters this one he absolutely mocked who was disabled. Martha, youâre been offend by him I think. Weâre all are. We need a leader who brings us together not a leader thatâs separating us from one group to another.â

Do you people remember the rally that Trump had when he went into the people and talked personally to a wounded warrior? Well read this:
http://www.donaldjtrump.com/media/a-4th-tour-of-duty-opens-at-home-for-wounded-veteran
I don’t see any of the other candidates, or ‘politicians’ doing anything of this kind for our vets and wounded warriors, and people want to vote for some other idiot???
When they can come up in the world with the high standards of Donald Trump then I might, I MIGHT think about it, but until then they are all a POS!!!
His poll was taken within his family with a plus or minus ten percent.
He spends 3 million to trash a guy with 80% against him? lol
Kasich: 80 Percent of Republicans Don’t Support ‘Outrageous,’ ‘Divisive’ Trump
Says the 2%-er, who about 98% of Republicans don’t support.
Did Martha ask Kasich for the source of his number?
What he’s really saying is that Trump won’t bend over for the Cheap Labor Express and get on board with the Uniparty. So, therefore, he is divisive. What a dweeb we elected as governor. Oh well, he was better than the alternative. (sigh)
Kasuck is full of $#!^. The citizens want the borders secured and the laws enforced and the GOP has been doing everything they can to thwart that.
They made Trump
Katich is on medication. I don’t know what it is but the side effects are obvious. If I was running in a race and about to come in last or next to last I would not have the nerve to criticize the winner by saying he is really not a very good runner.
They'll be made up for by Trump Democrats.
80% is not bad when you compare it to the 98% of Republicans who reject Kasich.
It looks like Kasich’s been in Boehner’s tanning bed.
Kasich, stick your head in the bowl where it belongs and flush twice. Damn RINO stool pigeon!!
Agreed. However I believe he is doing all three at the same time. ;)
Go Trump!
I agree.
And Trump is the wealthiest American ever to run for the Presidency.
Ever.
Almost ten times the resources, of even the wealthiest ever before.
They made Trump by being against American workers, and they made a very very wealthy man, decide he had had enough of the huge sell-out.
Trump is very formidable.
Bill Cunningham, the radio talk show host who also does a Jerry Springer-like tv show, did everything he could during July and August to sabotage and talk smack about Donald Trump while pushing his bud John Kasich on his radio show. It was disgusting.
You are so right. I had to fact check that one. Trump is wealthiest by far. George Washington is next in line, he also had a considerable fortune.
The convention is in Cleveland, and Kasich will still be governor. It's deeply disturbing that Ksich showed such open cynicism and animosity to the frontrunner, especially since he's the host governor for the convention!
This has to be addressed. Kasich cannot have anything to do with the convention after his outrageous statements.
Hahaaha Kasich is an idiot.
My favorite Trump/Kasich moment - “That’s why he is at the end”. I LOL’ed when I heard that !

I guess it depends on your definition of ‘support.’
My guess is that, that Kasich’s definition of ‘support’ is “this is Primary Candidate for whom I wish to vote.” This means that Trump is the FIRST CHOICE of 20% of the GOP. In a field of over 20 candidates, that ain’t bad. In fact, that puts him at the front of the field.
Maybe the GOP needs to hold an Australian Ballot style poll and see how many people have Trump as their second or third choice...
