  Dramatic footage has emerged online showing a suspected ISIS fighter crying after he was taken prisoner by Kurdish forces in Iraq.

  The prisoner does not appear to have any noticeable injuries as he seats in the back of the armoured truck.

  Much to the amusement of the Kurdish forces, the prisoner cries and moans loudly as he waits to be taken away.

I've thought this for a long time. All we hear is how we can't do this or we can't do that because it's a violation of the Geneva Convention.

Doesn't the GC prohibit combatants from running around in civilian clothes?

I thought that by not wearing a uniform, you were considered a spy and as such you could be immediately shot.

A lot of these people are told repeatedly that they will be tortured and killed once the infidels capture them. They are surprised when they are treated in a way that is probably better than ISIS treats them.
