I think it refers to Turks in Syria.
Killing people and breaking things... exactly what a military is designed to do. Putin understands that principle. As for Obama.. it’s past time for him to sit his ass on the bleachers and watch and learn.

American globalists fail in trying to make marriages and relationships between shia and suni parties that will never get along together. Putin does not bother with such idiocy and keeps it simple, picking his side and sticking with it.

Russians do understand the concept of total war. No compromise, no self-handicapping through overly solicitous “rules of engagement”, no sanctuary, no conditions for surrender by the other side, and should the situation arise, take as few prisoners as practical, even none at all.
Prisoners just clutter up the housekeeping after the battle. Have to keep them locked up in some kind of cage, requiring guards to watch over them, and feeding them just subtracts from rations available to your own side. And they can be incredibly dirty.
I doesn’t matter who the enemy is, a fascist, a Chinaman or Islamist. They all respect strength. When you keep a strong force reacting with overwhelming firepower, you will find peace - it is the only way.
The Obama strategy simply emboldens the enemy and in the long run will cause us serious damage.
