Since Monday, the Russian forces have performed 134 combat sorties, targeting 449 objects across eight Syrian provinces, including Raqqa, the de-facto ISIS capital.
The Russians need to unleash anti-personnel “cluster” bombs on these jihadists in the Al-Nusra group. Kill and maim as many as possible.

and THAT is how you deal with terrorists. You exterminate them, their families, associates, their homes, businesses, etc...so they know the price to pay will be far greater than what they dish out. Notice that Putin isn’t going to sink a trillion rubles into these hellholes to make them “nice.” It’s what we should have done in Afghanistan. Go in, kill bad people, leave their bodies for the vermin, and leave.

Since the end of World War 2 we have suffered from the delusion that any “war” we fight will be a “clean” conflict where only the bare minimum of bad people get hurt and we liberate a grateful people from evil oppressive regimes.
