A large group of juveniles robbed a designer store in Georgetown Tuesday evening and stole $13,000 worth of items, according to D.C. Police.
The incident happened just before 6 p.m. at the Diesel store in the 3000 block of M Street NW. More than 20 people, police said, went into the store and grabbed several items off the racks, according to a police report. They stole four leather jackets, costing about $800, and an additional $12,000 worth of merchandise.
One person who worked at the store was said to have been pushed from him behind by someone in the crowd. The employee was not injured, according to police. Police described the suspects only as juveniles.

Before I even read any more of the story besides the headline or the comments, I’m going out on a limb and guessing these “juveniles” are black scum. As opposed to upstanding black folks who are law abiding Christians.

Private homes are often armed, and home invaders may be shot.
That is why such trash predates only where their victims are not armed.

The columnist describes this as one of the poshest shopping areas in DC... not true.
It is a posh area to live in, but the shops cater more to the Georgetown University students.
They are perhaps upscale “young” shops...but not like shopping on Wisconsin Ave. Chevy Chase or City Center in DC.
They must have had cars waiting... as there are no subway stations nearby, only bus transport to get to the metro.
How terrible. My parents were hysterical when I graduated high school and wanted to live in DC. Now that I'm a parent, I see.
