Black Lies Matter.
Yeah these ‘folks’ are beginning to take this victimization thing a bit too far. It’s getting so every time I hear about one of these swastika or noose on campus incidents my immediate assumption is its another ‘African American studies’ operation. As they almost always turn out to be.
Are there any FReepers out there who are knowledgeable in criminal law? I am wondering if these BLM activists could be prosecuted under the RICO statute.
What’s the difference between a “false threat” and a real one, legally?
Yawn.

>>>Whatâs the difference between a âfalse threatâ and a real one, legally?<<
Theoretically, none.
But liberal hoaxes are never prosecuted.
You mean he just forgot the ‘/sarc’ tag?
Almost every so-called “hate crime” turns out to be a hoax. Yet, the media always run with them. When it turns out to be a hoax, they just quietly drop the story. The only thing most people will remember is the media whipping everyone into hysteria over the “hate crime,” and not that it was a hoax.
Remember a few months ago when 4 small Confederate flags were found on the grounds of MLK’s church. All the hysteria whipped up by the media, then nothing. Past experience tells me that the person who found the flags is the same person who put them there.
...Could BLM activists be prosecuted under RICO?...
A RICO crime consists of four parts, which all must be present for a conviction.
1. Conduct
2. of an enterprise
3. of continuing
4. racketeering activity
The element of âracketeering activityâ is extremely broad. The statute includes kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, or a list of many other criminal statutes. The more common statutes include fraud, obstruction of law enforcement, forgery, and trafficking statutes. It is impossible to have a racketeering claim without finding the defendant guilty of another criminal violation.
Fill in the blanks with what you believe are the incriminating facts and decide.
Easy. A ‘real one’ is one by the privileged White class, a ‘false threat’ is one by anyone else.
There is no down side to this behavior, no penalty beyond a slap on the wrist. So it continues, and will continue.
According to FBI statistics blacks threatening to shoot blacks is a very valid threat.
How about assault , coercion , or intimidation ?
Hands up don’t shoot

Yeah, I'm slow, but I just got it. LMAO I have tears running like water down my face. I can't get my breath back. I'm laughing so hard my wife asked what was so funny. I tried to tell her, but I was laughing too hard.
Such a wit, and so young too. He is also so original. I've never heard that one before.
Is there some humor award we could vote him? Like an Oscar or Nobel Prize for funniness?
Man, what a great joke.....
