Right wing party Alternative for Germany (AfD) is again on the rise in German opinion polls, taking third place nationally for the first time. The party, which is often billed as 'the German Ukip', has seen a surge in support thanks to its policies advocating controlled immigration.
The party has been steadily climbing in the polls for the last few months, as disquiet grows in Germany over the government’s open doors policy on immigration. As many as 1 million migrants are expected to come to Germany this year, placing huge pressure on services and social cohesion.
Following the attacks in Paris, perpetrated by at least one, perhaps as many as three terrorists who used the migrant flow across Europe as cover for their movements into France, support for AfD has risen again, allowing the party to overtake its Green Party rivals and claim third place.

There isn’t a whole lot of difference between Nazi’s and muslim slime.
Libs have pushed people too far in western society. The pushback is going to be like a punch to the stomach.

Probably more politically correct anyway - their inner teutonic ancestors were pretty brutal too. The Goths and the Ostragoths kind of did for Rome what the Nazis did for Europe.

I’m all in favor of stopping the Muslim horde from taking over Europe, but I have to admit, I’m slightly uncomfortable with a rise in German nationalism.

What evidence do you have for these people being equivalent to Nazis?
The EU is Hitler’s dream come true.
Hitler called on Germany to commit suicide when the war was lost, and the Germans on complying.
Hitler at least would have been pleased to see Germany adapt Islam, unlike “cowardly” Christianity, as he put it.
Himmler, at least, is on record as bemoaning the fact that Germans hadn’t adopted Islam because it was compatible with their aims and Christianity was counterproductive to it.
Cruz rising here (and Trump continuing to do well), the Germans seeing a rise in Alternative for Germany, and similar parties rising elsewhere.
Maybe this is the beginning of the pushback.
