Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will use his first international trip as an opportunity to show other nations there is an economic – as well as humanitarian – case for welcoming large numbers of Syrian refugees.
Less than two weeks after being sworn in as Prime Minister, Mr. Trudeau will participate in a summit of G20 leaders hosted by Turkey, Syria’s northern neighbour that is currently home to more than two million refugees.

The Canadians that I worked with were all very nice people individually in some ways but they were literal pacifist (Mennonites) who were proud of how they would not defend their daughter if they saw her being raped and murdered (I actually asked one of the men I knew that question and he said if that happened it would be God’s will and he shouldn’t interfere.)
These are the people that vote for socialist in alliance with the hard left.
Maybe the ongoing Paris situation will open the @hole$ eyes.
Old time Lieberals got ‘tingles up their legs’ years ago, about a possible Turd-owe ‘dynasty’. While I admit that Pierre (Rocky Waterhole) Turd-owe was brilliant, he was also pure ‘pinko’. Unfortunately, our press is as ‘pinko’, or even more so than the US Presstitutes, so it is no surprise that they attacked Harper and pushed the Lieberals.
FWIW, Shrillery is popular up here, only because of BJ Klintoon. The Canadian presstitutes love BJ as much as the US presstitutes. They also attacked GWB (though not for the right reasons), as they did with Ronald Reagan.
The lesson that be learned is that the press in most Western countries, in general, leans strongly to the left.

Ideologues are, by their very nature, blind. Alinskyites in charge in both d’Ottawa and D. C.
Our liberal politicians—US and Canada—are like infected zombies. “Muslim immigration is great.” “It will help us with our demographic crisis.” “It’s our way.”
...and send some of them to work or bomb in the US.
Many of the illegals I have worked beside are legal immigrants to Canada who then use those papers to enter the US (no meaningful border check) and work in the US “naked”.

The problem is, we in the West, are not making enough kids to even replace ourselves. With the baby boomers retired or soon to be retired and living longer, healthier lives, someone has to pay for this. Politicians, especially those on the left, who are ‘smarter than the rest of us’, figure they can import muzzies and ‘tame’ them with materialism.
Unfortunately, few Canadians have contributed much to RRSPs (401(k), I believe the US equivalent is), so most are dependent on government pensions. It is easier for a politician to ‘import’ people to pay pension contributions (for retirees’ pensions) and keep the tax rate low, than to bring up the hard truth of either, cut benefits or increase taxes. (As a side note, several years ago, Harper increased the age to draw Canada Pension Plan benefits to 67. Trudeau has already dropped it back to 65.)
A friend thinks that tax breaks and benefits should be provided for families to have more kids. The problem is, it would be 20 years until those kids were contributing tax revenue; pols can’t/won’t wait that long. His plan will not work. For perhaps two decades, Québec had (maybe still has) a ‘baby bonus’ program that paid handsomely, higher benefits the more kids you had. They did this to grow the Québécois population, so as not to be overwhelmed by English. It failed miserably. Instead of ‘pur laine’ Québécois babies, they got thousands of African and Muslim babies!

I know quite a number of Africans who gained ‘refugee’ status in Canada. Many of them treat Canada as a mere jumping off point, to eventually end up in the States.
As a tax payer whose taxes have paid welfare for these characters, and paid their flight to Canada, I have told a few, that if they are unhappy in Canada, I would be more than happy to start a fund to SEND THEM BACK HOME! Don’t use my country to get all kinds of benefits, but contribute SFA!
They should be damned thankful that they were accepted here, so they could leave their dictator-infested, 3rd world shiithole of a country! If you don’t want to ‘add value’ to your new home, instead, using it to ‘leap’ elsewhere, then GTFO! Go back to YOUR home and RE-APPLY as an immigrant to the US!
“Canadians” of Asian and African ancestry who come to the US to work should not be confused with those of the similar ancestry who come here as “refugees” to collect welfare.
They are two totally different types of people. Totally different value systems.
