Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush criticized his rival Donald Trump's plan to deport 12 million illegal immigrants living in the United States, saying their legal right to "due process" would make Trump's plan "not possible."

An invading army of politicians crossing the Rio Grande would not get due process from the Jebster.
Due process this Jebra!
[ that is exactly what citizens should do, threaten to not pay taxes if they donât deport the illegals...there are a heck of a lot more tax payers than illegals... ]
If they claim they cannot deport 11 million illegals then if we get 20 million citizens to not pay taxes....
I think there is way to do this as a national campaign, Start a petition of sorts that says you sign this petition, and when the number of signers reaches 20 million people that is when people stop paying taxes that signed it, not before.
So that number starts growing and the closer it gets to 20 million the more scared DC would get.
So something like:
Until the rule of law is enforced and the number of illegals in this country starts decreasing by at least 1 million per year till the number of illegals in the country goes below 1 million 20 million people will stop paying taxes once 20 million sign up to not pay taxes since the if they cannot de[port 10 million illegals, how are they going to round up 20 million tax objectors?
“Due process is only eligible to citizens.
Illegals do not enjoy that benefit.”
Actually, due process is available to just about everyone, including illegals. This does not mean a full-blown trial is necessary to deport, just that Pablo gets an opportunity to prove he is a citizen or legal alien or that deportation will mean death by Castro et al. I believe that the easiest solution to rid ourselves of 2/3 of the illegals is to make employment of illegals too financially painful to employers, cut off all grants to “sanctuary cities,” and when apprehended by the police for even a traffic ticket - deport.
[Use E-VERIFY for all Employment and Benefits!!
SELF-DEPORTATION will commence IMMEDIATELY!!!!]
Exactly, this needs to be said every crappy time the bleeding hearts cry about “busting down doors and dragging people away from their kids”.
Most of the illegals have allegiance to their mother country and are only here for the money and welfare benefits.
I'm adding that to my bullet point list of amnesty alternatives.
Do those things and illegal aliens will deport themselves and pay for the trip. Motivation is a powerful force.
[ What about the other 800 million people who would like to come here?
Are we âhelplessâ against them too?
(Not for the faint of heart)

That is an awesome presentation, it shows how the RINO and Lib immigration policies is creating a “brain drain” FROM the third world which is actually HURTING the third world more than helping.
His point is that you cannot simply toss them on a bus and take them to the border.
They can drag out every single case and clog up the courts for years.
Then why haven’t they been doing that for years now? We have been deporting illegal aliens all along for decades.
No they can’t! You better check the laws on the books.
If you announce the deportation and give illegals a 90 day amnesty to pack up and leave you will get rid of a lot of them that way. It needs to be a multi prong plan. I’m sure Trump is smart enough to think of this stuff.
According to Yeb and the amnesty lovers - YES, everyone can enter at will, be afforded all the benefits of citizenship and we can all sit around the fire and sing “Kumbaya.”
There are already immigration courts. The problem is that there are only ~250 immigration judges, total. So, even if the number of illegals is at the low end of the estimate (11 million), that would be 48,000 deportations per judge. Even if 75% of illegals self-deported, that's still 12,000 cases per judge. Given the complexity of the immigration laws, it would take a long, long time to clear that kind of backlog.
It's not an insurmountable problem (more immigration judges could be hired - though that brings with it its own set of problems), but it is a problem that should be taken into account.
It is well worth the hit to the treasury for what we would save in welfare and legal costs. Don't announce the incentive program until after Trump takes office and gets congressional approval. My guess is that four to five million would be making plans to go home the day after Trump is elected and 80% of those would be gone before the program is even announced.
Finally, when we are about halfway to the goal, let's say five or six million illegals remaining, then announce that the cash incentive has been reduced to $100 plus a Trump administration version of amnesty.
This time amnesty would mean that anybody who self-deported or signed up to deport through the incentive program would be eligible to apply for legal re-entry.
Anyone remaining after x number of months would be rounded up, finger printed and deported with no rights for re-entry.
Due process will make us unable to fine businesses into dust for hiring illegals making them so afraid to do so they run them over the borders themselves?
I am sick of these weenie “I can’t do what is necessary but vote for me anyway” MORON LOSERS running for president. It’s gotten so that if I even hear kasich or bush open their holes to blow hot air I want to scream.
Do you suppose that Jeb can explain exactly what he means by "due process?" Did his father and brother, as POTUS, carry out "due process" for all the illegal aliens that arrived during their administrations?
Yes, there are many extenuating circumstances, but we have a country with borders or we do not have a country with borders. It is that simple.
Exactly my point. Hire more temporary judges and get the illegals their due process.
