In an administration known for its disdain for accountability and appalling disregard for justice, FBI Director James Comey sets himself apart as a straight shooter and strong adherent of the equal application of the law. To those who know and/or have worked with him, Comey’s character is unimpeachable, his integrity unique, and his pursuit of justice determined, focused, and incorruptible in a capital where such traits are routinely eschewed.
According to Dr. Monica Crowley, quoted below, Comey is closely overseeing his crack cyber-forensic team, which has masterfully managed to do what many claimed couldn’t be done: they accessed the files on Hillary Clinton’s “wiped†email server. If they find ample evidence to indict her, as Crowley intimates below, and the Justice Department decides not to pursue charges, many political pundits foresee Comey resigning, or looking the other way when whatever illegal activity they found starts to leak.

I doubt that in the end anything will come of it. That was signalled by Biden choosing not to run. But pay close attention to Fauxahontas. She must be Plan B.
She signed the official State Department non-disclosure contract as did Abedin and Mills.
It’s clear that at least two documents were mishandled in a way that would violate the non-disclosure contract - satellite photos of North Korea re nuclear capabilities.
Whether they were marked classified is irrelevant. The contract requires you to KNOW what is classified or not.
My theory is that Hillary will reach a deal with the Justice Dept. where she pleads guilty to a Misdemeanor and pays a fine and agrees to withdraw from the Presidential race. That will allow Biden to come in and save the day and he will be supported by Obama, Sanders and Clinton.
I wonder what would happen if he publicly disclosed all of the evidence and resigned if the AG didn’t proceed. If nothing else Hillary would be looking at a huge PR fiasco.
Comey will NEVER come thru with the indictment....NEVER....don’t get your hope up.
These days I have about as much faith in Federal law enforcement as I do the Federal Reserve. Bah.

Obama has already instructed CLAPPER/DNI to make a finding that no security info was endangered and some of the material was “ classified” after Hillary got it....

Perhaps, depending on the crime, they could have charges brought by a State AG.
I wonder if a military court could apply?
If he wants to remain as the head of the FBI in the next republican administration, he better start draining the swamp beginning with the IRS, Hillary Clinton, and Obamacare fraud.
