Holy Lord,

The Apostle Paul testified of his conversion experience and recognized that he was in need of the Savior. We have all opposed You at one time or another, and yet You never gave up on us nor turned Your back on us. By Your grace, we were called to You and to Your purposes, just as You called Paul. And Your desire is to make us witnesses of the things we have seen and experienced----the mercy and grace that have led to our own personal conversions. Lord, how grateful we are that You pursued us and gave us chance after chance to receive the beautiful gift of salvation that You offer.

Lord, now we ask that You make us not only Your disciples, but Your followers. We live in a world where darkness speaks with boldness. Help us to care enough about our fellow man to shine forth the light of truth and to be concerned about their eternal destiny. Help us to be ministers and witnesses of Your love and Your compassion.

Father, hide our military men and women in the shadow of Your wings. We know that they are frequently in highly precarious situations. Give them supernatural wisdom and strength for every new day. Cover them with Your feathers and under Your wings may they safely trust. Grant them the peace that passes all understanding.

Bless Your people, Israel, Father and may there be plentiful laborers to enter the fields of harvest so that all souls may receive Your salvation.

God of grace, make us instruments of Your peace and Your love. There is much to do before the return of our Savior. Help us Lord, to participate actively and prayerfully, that we may hasten the day. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
