Sea launched Trident; so ‘other activities’ must involve sharks with frikin’ lasers.

I saw no explosion in the video...at the :28 mark. What I saw was a missile going down range. The higher a missile or rocket climbs, there is less atmospheric pressure. That allows the exhaust to expand outward. I figure, to get suborbital, it has to travel 18K to 19K mph. If you saw it for 10 minutes, you probably saw it go over the horizon.

Trident II has a range of about 8K miles.

“He doesn’t have to vacate the office if there is a serious war , even after an election”

That is definitely NOT in the Constitution. Lincoln, campaign during Civil War, 1864 - “Don’t swap horses in mid-stream”.

"Apparently they can."

Why do you say that?

Never mind I see in the comments it exploded, cool, but it appears to be a boost phase shoot down not nearly as impressive as a reentry phase shoot down when the missile is doing mach 25.

I was just playing a bit of Fallout: New Vegas last night.

Just Screwing around with one of my Old Save Files.

I wanted to play the Boulder City Hostage Crisis, but I have no saves around that area before I completed it.

So I loaded an Earlier one when I was around Mojave Outpost.

I was making a bee line straight toward Boulder City when I ran across some Merchants, NCR Troopers fighting wildlife.

Ditto some Legion, whom I had not yet made enemies of at that point in the game.

Well, Sarah Hatfield followed the Legionaries to Camp Charlie! And Watched them attack it, I had never seen that before!

So I helped the NCR fight off the legion, but I anciently punched a trooper and they shot me dead since my health was so low and I had depleted my resources fighting the Wildlife.

New Vegas has SO much in it, it is so Random and full! A Truly Great Game, I hope Fallout 4 lives up to it's pedigree.

Obama is creating a new “Boogie man” enemy.

In 1991 with the R King video, the 1960s radical left/Weather Underground climbed out of the sewer and once again declared war on the US.

Instead of using domestic terrorist like was done before they decided to use foreign muslim terrorist.

By using foreign terrorist to attack the US the radical left started WWIII.

It’s now becoming obvious to anyone above the level of idiot the radical left, not just in the US but around the world, aren’t fighting against the radical muslims but are helping the radical muslims advance.

Obama and the radical left around the world are starting a new war with a new enemy so everyone will rally around and support them in this war against this new threat.

The old enemy, radical muslims, are now our allies in the fight against this new enemy, Russia and their allies the “right wing extremist”.

To the radical left “1984” was always an instruction manual.

"Why would they do this by LAX?"

Because Sharm el-Sheik was busy doing other stuff.

People from Phoenix to Sacramento have seen it and are posting their own photos of it, on Facebook. How far can missiles travel?

They can travel for thousands of miles, but in this case it was the altitude that caused it to be visible across 2/3 of California (and the fact that it was a clear night.)

Anyone who’s been to the School Book Depository building and looked out that window knows this was not some amazing impossible shot. It’s not a mile away as conspiracy theorists would have you believe. It’s pretty damn close. Not a tough shot for a reasonably good marksman with a scope — let alone a Marine-trained one.

“Seems like some ABM exercise..?
Use of directed energy?”

Looks like an aborted missile strike. Some hacker trying to
start WWIII or the Obama changed his mind at the last
minute. No telling what it is with that lying POS in
office.

“To the radical left “1984” was always an instruction manual.”

Funny, I always thought the endgame was “Brave New World” by
way of 1984. The new world order will be a fascist world order. And we are well on our way with the help of the
Bush’s, Clinton and the Obama. As soon as the U.S. is out
of the way we will have the tyranny the left has always wanted.
