I think it's a direct result of three generations (already) of rabid women's libbers setting the tone. You cannot keep civilization in check if men don't have an obligation to support women and children and be physical and leadership defenders of civilized behavior.

I saw a German language news report yesterday about how “migrants” have committed four gang rapes in Magdeburg, Germany just in the last month or so.
If the government won’t protect the people, the people will have to protect themselves. Feral animals like these “boys” need to be hunted down when they get out of prison and executed. Their heads on pikes in a town square should remind others of street justice. Government officials who side with the invaders need to fear the same justice.
These feral animals should have been eunuched and deported back to the rat infested hole they came from.

In Islamic culture, women are slightly less than a person, maybe half of a man. They are also chattel and servants to their men. They must dress conservatively in order not to inflame the passions of the men. Infidel women in normal dress and behavior are fair game in this culture.
Failure to assimilate could be a continuing problem.
