We tried that maneuver years ago. The men wouldn't let the woman/who/would/be/man into the men's locker room. S/he had a blond stubble beard but s/he still had big boobs.

I let her use the women's instructor's bathroom and kept watch.

There is no such thing as transgender. If you was born XY chromosome, that can not change. Surgery, pink dresses and painted toenails will not change your chromosomes. You can not change gender.
