RUBIO TO JORGE RAMOS: I WILL KEEP OBAMA'S FIRST EXECUTIVE AMNESTY IN PLACE UNTIL...

FULL TITLE:

MARCO RUBIO TO JORGE RAMOS: I WILL KEEP OBAMA’S FIRST EXECUTIVE AMNESTY IN PLACE UNTIL LEGISLATIVE AMNESTY ENACTED

In a little-noticed interview earlier this year with Univision’s Jorge Ramos, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) declared that, as President, he would keep Barack Obama’s executive amnesty for DREAMers in place until it was permanently codified through legislation.

Rubio said, in part:

DACA…applies to young people that arrived in this country at a very young age before they were adults and I don’t think we can immediately revoke that… I’m not calling for it to be revoked tomorrow, or this week, or right away.

“I think it will have to end at some point and I hope it will end because of some reform to the immigration laws,” Rubio said in English.

So Rubio is pledging to carry Obama’s policy: leaving the executive amnesty for DREAMers in place until Congress submits to the order by legislatively ratifying amnesty. After a legislatively ratified DREAM Act, illegal aliens would be able to vote in U.S. elections and bring their relatives to work and collect entitlements in the United States.

The similarity to President Obama’s rhetoric is striking. President Obama told Congress: “if folks are serious about getting immigration reform done [they should be] passing a bill and getting it to my desk. And then the executive actions that I take go away.” Similarly, Obama told George Stephanopoulos after being pressed on his executive amnesty: “Well, my response is pass a bill.”

He just committed primary political suicide.

Dunno about that. Depends on whether this clip/article grows legs. There are a lot of folks who are woefully under-informed about Rubio. Even on FR.

Windy, I just spent 2 full days refighting the mistake that was Romney with about 7 people. You cannot reach those refusing to be reached.

Some people WANT liberalism. They want Amnesty. they WANT the excuse that their choice was out of their hands. Rubio gives them that. He wins and amnesty passes. It is SURELY not the fault of the Rubio voter who put him there knowing he was an amnesty pimp. Their hands are free from sin!

But they get the amnesty they want.

Don't mistake plain old shoehorned ignorance for complex psychological issues. Some people are just too stupid think unassisted.

Sure. I agree theres that in the general public.

Now in order for it to be true on FR, that means the Freepers in question are low information voters. Now FR is many things. But home to a population of low information voters is not one of them.

So where does that leave it? They WANT amnesty. Just like our old pal DRAY and her illegal roofers. Just like the other fool that used to push anti fence propaganda directly from a Laraza website/afilliated group.

They WANT it.

Sounds like Rubio just bowed out of the election.

Hope it gets notice now!!!

Actually he just got Jebs GOP backers and all the liberal Repub COC Laraza types on board.

Wait until he announces a unity ticket with Hillary to unite the country, heal the wounds and divisions and protect America from the evil Trump/Cruz.

Think it’s impossible? After all we have seen?

Rubio is broke and is doing what his bill payers tell him to do. Next he will start channeling JFK.

As much as I dislike Heb, at least he’s honest about what he is — a RINO. Marco’s a little weasel.

I've stated in the past that the only candidate on the Republican stage guaranteed to lose this election to Clinton is Jeb Bush. If what you've stated is true, I'll add Marco Rubio as having that unique capability as well. When will the liberal Republicans learn that that they can't out-liberal the liberal Democrats? They are just h*ll-bent on losing.

FR is many things. But home to a population of low information voters is not one of them.

They post among us, brother.

So where does that leave it? They WANT amnesty.

I don't post as much on the forum as I used to, but I probably read 30 to 40 threads a day, still. I'm telling you, we've got posters here (some with well aged sign up dates) that are clueless as to Rubio's treachery in 2013.

I regularly catch Freeps in breathless disbelief and shock after having read some solid and damning info on a Rubio thread. I just shake my head and wonder, "Where in the hell have you been?"

I'll grant you that there may be a small contingent here of soft-headed plonkers who are themselves squishy about illegal immigration, but I guarantee that most of them are smart enough to keep their lips zipped about their true feelings.

I know it sounds nuts nut seriously. Think about the following...

The GOP is fully dem supporting now.

They know they are going to lose.

The Dems know they are going to lose.

The GOP base is rancid with moderates and open liberals

The GOP moneymen want amnesty, homos and every PC thing they can forward.

On policy in REALITY, the dems and GOP are lockstep. They want the same things.

OK that is all a simple fact anyone can see with 10 seconds of reading FR. The ONLY way they get enough votes to overcome Trump is by combining forces.

Now ask yourself if the GOP of 2015 is going to lose and allow the dems to lose to Trump when they already have done all in their power to tank him and Cruz.

Ask yourself if the Dems, creators of the Wellstone Spectacular, will give up 8 years of power to another Reagan type revolution. Either real or imagined.

They will be uniting.

Note that the candidates just dumped the RNC over the debates.

Note that already we hear the word ‘unity’ coming from both Dems and GOP.

Note the actual math in play

Is it REALLY so hard a thing to believe?
