Days after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reassured the world that Israel was maintaining the status quo regarding exclusive Muslim prayer rights at the Temple Mount, Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely clarified comments she made about the site, saying they reflected her own personal position and not that of the government. On Monday morning, the Likud lawmaker said in an interview on the Knesset Channel that her "dream is to see the Israel flag flying over the Temple Mount. This is the holiest place for the Jewish people."
Later in the day she released a statement clarifying her position. "My personal opinions are not the government's policy, and I am certainly bound by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's policy as stated on Saturday evening in which he declared that there would be no change in the status quo at the Temple Mount." In the wake of Hotovely's comments, the Prime Minister's Office released a statement reaffirming that the government's policy with regard to the Jerusalem site was expressed by Netanyahu in his statement on Saturday and there was no change to that policy.
"The prime minister has clarified that he expects all members of the government to act according to his statement on the matter," Netanyahu's office added.

Isaiah 66: 1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool * : where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? 2 For all those things hath mine hand made , and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look , even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word... 5 Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said , Let the LORD be glorified : but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed . 6 A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompence to his enemies.
Jesus is the Last High Priest, in the Order of Melchizedek. None other, of any kind, is necessary......................
It still dumbfounds me that anyone in Israel would dispute that the temple at Jerusalem should be recognized as Jewish.
It is pathological anti-semitism to deny it.
Jesus predicted that the temple, as it then stood, would be destroyed, and it was by Titus in 70A.D. On the 10th of August, in A.D. 70 — the 9th of Av — in Jewish reckoning, the very day when the King of Babylon burned the Temple in 586 B.C., the Temple was burned again.
But Jesus also said he would rebuild it in three days! He IS the new temple.............................
Do you know anything about the Order of Melchizedek? Can you point me in a direction to find out about it? That has always made me curious, like he’s in a line of Priests of that order - like there are others perhaps like Jesus.
Always been fascinated by that. Any clue would help.
How is this controversial? It IS the holiest place for Jews and bears ZERO holiness for Muslims. And the Israeli flag DID fly over it in 1967 after the IDF retook the site from Jordanian troops...that is, until the traitorous douchebag Moshe Dayan (may his name and memory be erased) GAVE IT BACK to the Islamonazis.
Hebrews 7:
Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He met Abraham returning from the defeat of the kings and blessed him, and Abraham gave him a tenth of everything. First, the name Melchizedek means king of righteousness; then also, king of Salem means king of peace. Without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, resembling the Son of God, he remains a priest forever. ...
Mark 2:23-28
One Sabbath he was going through the grain fields, and as they made their way, his disciples began to pluck heads of grain. And the Pharisees were saying to him, Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath? And he said to them, Have you never read what David did, when he was in need and was hungry, he and those who were with him: how he entered the house of God, in the time of Abiathar the high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those who were with him? And he said to them, The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.
Before David was King of Israel and he and his men ate the Show Bread (Bread of the Presence) of which only the priests could eat.
Why was David Allowed to eat the Shewbread?

Thus Melchizedek was both a KING and a PRIEST. Jesus will reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, being our Perfect Priest standing before God as our Intercessor. None comes before God except through Him.................
Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely... the Likud lawmaker said in an interview on the Knesset Channel that her "dream is to see the Israel flag flying over the Temple Mount. This is the holiest place for the Jewish people."IOW, anyone who disagrees with that statement should be fired.
Amen.
