I used to work in the area, ran a lot of errands to the towers. Dated my wife on observation deck for last time before formally announcing engagement , wrote one of my first published poems about a day on the observation deck with my daughter. She was six at the time. It is unforgivable that they didn’t rebuild them. Those were beautiful buildings, even if they were a government project.
