Islamic supremacist Imraan Siddiqi complained to Sears about the hats, and it was apparently his complaint alone that was enough for them to remove the hats from sale. After he succeeded in strong-arming Sears into removing the hats, he screamed Allahu akbar:

Before every trip, I pray for God’s protection for the kids and the bus. I’ve also started praying specifically for this little boy, that God would heal his ailment and reveal Himself as Jesus, rather than the God his parents worship.

I’ll rather have my Ron Francis Hartford Whalers Uniform, thou the Cleveland Crusaders were good...I need one to put in my hobby/sports room (with a few Whalers items).
Those were some awesome uniforms, and I still break out the Brass Bonanza as my ringtone now and then.
I have two of them. One khaki and also in black. Wear them all the time. Most people have no idea what it means, even though they are infidels also.

That’s a good design. What looks to be a sort of “all-seeing-eye”, in the middle of a triangle, is what jumped out at me on the other one.

I don’t think the ‘all seeing eye’ worked very well. The Crusaders got kicked out of Cleveland when the NHL changed the California Golden Seals into the Cleveland Barons, and the Crusaders became the Minnesota Fighting Saints (2nd edition). The Fighting Saints folded in 1977.
