As long as it goes no further in than the actual Turkish border than that`s up to Turkish government, if it does, it` an illegal intrusion into a sovereign nation`s territory.
So, we want to establish a no-fly zone over a country we are not at war with, to prevent the legitimate government of that country from fighting civil war against it.
Have I got that correct?
