President Obama is hoping to use the shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon as the backdrop for his call for more gun control today, but the locals aren’t standing idly by.
Many are already our in force — over 8,000 by one estimate — telling the president to go home.

Several people on hand are posting photos of the protesters’ signs and messages to Obama.
“My family, my friends, everybody down here is not happy about him coming,” Roseburg native Michelle Finn told The Oregonian yesterday.
“He already says he’s going to politicize this — he’s already going to push his agenda. And if he knew Roseburg and Douglas County, he’d know these are the wrong people to be doing that with.”

Eric, I wan’t offended at all by your comment. The problem we face is that the media would have everyone believe that all the “blue states” are “all blue,” when nothing could be further from the truth. As an example, California has 58 counties. You can get a CCW permit for the asking from about half of them. The problem lies in the “metropolitan” counties with “elected sheriff’s” like the a$$hole Ross Mirikarimi in San Francisco who isn’t even a cop by profession.

I love those handmade signs made by ordinary people. So much different than what you see at a leftist demonstration. They did it themselves. Not like the way “community organizers” and leftist thugs driving ignorant people as if they were cattle.

Hell, my local Hearst Official Offal Obama Orifice and Outlet already “doesn’t cover this” or for that matter, does not report any BLACK ON WHITE CRIME as such, since it does not exist.

Trust me, I know all about the loonie left in hood river, right now they are campaigning hard to keep Nestle out, I have taken up a mission to counter the misinformation they are spreading and fear tactics they are using on the Gorge residents. I have started a gofundme campaign, and almost ready to start my assault against those trust fund babies and city dwellers that have ruined the economy in the Gorge. When I have enough information and am ready to counter them I will be posting something here on FreeRepublic to help drum up donations, support and ask for spreading the word of my campaign.

I assumed the protesters were imported. Oregon always struck me as a place where Hussein would be welcome.
