Donald Trump is escalating his attacks on Sen. Marco Rubio with a special delivery for his rival: "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water."
Trump has previously trained his fire on Rubio, claiming he has the worst voting attendance record in the U.S. Senate and that he sweats a lot. But CNN learned that the Trump campaign sent a "care package" to Rubio's Washington campaign office that contained a 24-bottle case of "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water," with Trump's face on it, two "Make America Great Again" towels and bumper stickers and a note reading, "Since you're always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!"
A Trump campaign aide said they added the towels "for him sweating," and described the overall gesture as a lighthearted prank.

You didn’t insult your clients in the process.
If Trump didn’t already have the drops in the bucket of the Kelly and Fiorina insults and if they had simply written something to the effect of knowing how much Rubio likes his water (given his chugging it during his response to the SotU), that would have been passable IMO. But saying they know how much he sweats is both personally insulting and not a clever match to a prank gift of Trump water.
Oh, and if you’re in sales, you ought to know that the worst thing you can do during the sales process is to insult your competition.
That’s what Trump just did.

Trump just did an interview with Stephanopoulos. It was delicious watching Trump lead Stephie by the nose. It was funny.
In the presidential election, there can only be one winner. So it's kill or be killed, so to speak. I'm tired of our good guys always getting ridiculed out of the race (Sarah Palin comes to mind) and we end up with bland establishment types as our nominee. It's nice to see the tables turned for once.

Yep, and I bet that Trump knows that as well. Sooner or later Trump will train his guns on Cruz—if needed.
This is a nothingburger that only political junkies will hear about, much less get the vapors over.
