Near the end it almost sounds like Matthews is speaking on behalf of himself and gives kudos to Trump for picking up on it.

The little flashes of truth he states makes us seem sane for a few minutes. which is why so many people can't get enough of Trump. We have been starved of truth for so long.

which is why so many people can't get enough of Trump. We have been starved of truth for so long. Starved for non PC truth - you're right. The Left wing msm only contributes to the problem. I heard Gayle King attampted to report what Obama said, then editorializing that everyone agrees with him.....WHAT??? You are an idiot Gayle, everyone does not agree with him, just you and your left wing obama worshipping brethren.

Mathews will never really get it, because he thinks positions on issues don’t have any intrinsic value, but are merely tools a candidate uses to get elected. Notice that he admires Trump for bringing up the immigration issue, not because it’s the right thing to do, but because it ‘grabs people’, or whatever words it was, he used to describe it.

Telling people what to think IS the LSMs job. They are an integral part of the problem. They are an integral part of the Establishment. Same with these pollsters. Remember Luntz asking his focus group to raise their hands if they don’t like Trump anymore? How dumbed down its all become.

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say Mathews actually agrees with Trump on the substance of what he says. Chris actually almost looked a little teary eyed. Dare I say, could a whisper of a tingle could be calling to his leg?

and to hell with those soccer moms who might be offended.
Yes, the ‘Mr. Rogers’ approach that the last two R candidates took so as to not frighten the white female vote was as foolish as it was craven.

He’s probably starting to kiss some ass in order to swing a new job, what with MSNBC hiring Brian Williams and having no ratings.
