On CNN right now, one person is reporting that a number of military veterans were present at the community college at the time of the shooting earlier today. They report that the veterans wanted to leave the classroom to try and stop the shooter, but the staff at the college stopped them from leaving the classroom. An audio recording of the incident indicates that it took five minutes from the initial radio call for the police to engage the shooter.
sounds to me like big words from small men. any one willing to run into gun fire is not going to listen to staff tell them to stop.

Exactly what I thought when Obammie the Commie’s propaganda interrupted the Mark Levin show.
I even wondered if the Feds gave orders to the locals to release no information on the shooting until the propaganda could be vomited and the state-run media had time to put it out there.
As I said on another thread, if this incident should be politicized and it turns out the murderer was an Islamofascist, then that means we can politicize Islam, ban all immigrants from Muslim countries, have background checks on all Muslims in this country, etc.
Politicize the hell out of the Islamofascists.

Maybe Barry knows and he’s trying to get out in front of it by blaming the guns. So if is does turn out to be a muzzie, it will get lost in all the anti-gun hysteria he’s trying to whip up.

Lots of smoke billowing around, I’d say.
I have seen it reported that Oregon colleges are not gun free zones.
I heard one witness say it was about 10 minutes and she was choked up saying that it seemed like forever.
I bet it does seem like forever when a murderer is on the loose and you have no means of protecting yourself (such as a concealed weapon that you are trained to use).
