He’s introduced legislation that would expand access to President Obama’s signature healthcare law to illegal immigrants.

Why then discriminate based on geography? Free health care for the whole world! And let's also let every man woman and child vote in American elections, it only fair that they have a say in their health care. It is a moral imperative.
