Anyone know what this says?

You didn't answer my question, "What President has received 50% of the vote of the total population?"
The answer is none, yet you use that logic to diminish Obama's election victories by 10 million in 2008 and 5 million in 2012. It is your feeble attempt to delegitimize and diminish him. There are plenty of reasons to dislike Obama and his transformation of this country, but the fact that he didn't receive 50% of the vote of the total population is not one of them.
You are pretty thick if you didn't understand the point I was making by asking that question.

BACKGROUND Iran has long been trying to acquire the S-300 to bolster its air defenses and protect its nuclear infrastructure. Tehran and Moscow originally signed an $800 million contract for the S-300 in December 2007 after a long and apparently fraught eight-year negotiation. Following the adoption of UN Security Council Resolution 1929 in June 2010 -- which banned the transfer of most arms to Iran, but not SAMs -- Russia announced three months later that it would not fulfill the contract, returning Iran's $166.8 million down payment. In response, Tehran sought punitive damages for the canceled sale, bringing a $4 billion claim against Russia's state-owned arms export company Rosoboronexport to the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration, a Geneva-based arm of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.

Winning an election by under 2% of the population is not something to crow about.
Less than 25% of the population voted for him. Here, I’ll do the math for you: 75% of Americans never voted for your man 0bama.
Learn a little about this thing called math before you start sling insults.

That is a patently FALSE accusation. You know nothing of which you post.
In the least read the Wikipedia article on the war. The war was started by secular Syrians composed of Christians, Allewites and non-Islamic Sunnis. They formed the original opposition group, the FSA. The Islamist groups, such as ISIS are a separate breed which seek to subjugate and or dominate the secularists.

From you're article.
Iranian Defense Minister Brig. Gen. Hossein Dehghan on Tuesday said an agreement has been reached with Russia that will allow his country to receive the S-300 long-range surface-to-air missile systems by the end of the year, according to local reports.
Upshot. The missiles have not been delivered. Russia has not announced it will deliver.

An interesting situation.
So they both go bombing ISIS in Syria, or is B. Hussein also bombing and bashing Basher Assad forces that the Russkies defend?
