Washington (CNN)The rift between Ted Cruz and Rand Paul, political allies turned rivals, widened on Tuesday when Paul decried his Senate colleague's hardline tactics.
Paul criticized Cruz for breaching Senate decorum, saying the Texan could not accomplish any of his legislative priorities because of how much his GOP colleagues despise him.
"Ted has chosen to make this really personal and chosen to call people dishonest in leadership and call them names, which really goes against the decorum and also against the rules of the Senate, and as a consequence he can't get anything done legislatively," Paul said in an interview on Fox News Radio on Tuesday. "He is pretty much done for ... and it's really because of personal relationships, or lack of personal relationships, and it is a problem."

Dear Rand, Please tell us what eggshells you’ve broken in the GOPe? What? None ya say? Adios.
“Ted Cruz will fire back: I will not attack my good friend Rand Paul.”
Personally, I think damning with praise is quite effective.
Go away Rand.
You’re “Notice ME” shtick is getting really old.
Rand needs to change his name to Rant.
Paul is a real sucker. He needs to drop out NOW.
what a joke this clown, Paul is.
Does he really think he has a chance?
(But on second thought; stupid Americans put the Marxist/Muslim in office not once but TWICE)
I must say... Cnn using the word rebuke is entertaining. Cruz to the Constitution.. Rand.. I am more liberatarian than I was nine years ago ( mostly cuz the gop big government than anything else).. I still couldn’t support Rand. I tried, something tells me the fed reserve is a rotten reservoir contaminating every drop of our economy.. But Cruz is constitutional too. Maybe more so because he knows the policies and procedures to get things done.
Get a mans haircut Rand, and go away you pussy.
Did anybody see McConnell’s lips move while Paul was talking?
Why hasn't Ted by now built a strong coalition of Lee, Cotton, Ernst, Sessions, Paul, and several other conservatives? I see it as a significant fault.
The decorum charge is ludicrous. Just yesterday at the hearings on PP, the Dems were screaming misogyny. And how about the decorum of Reid and Pelosi. Focus your attacks on them, Rand, rather than Cruz. Cruz is just telling the truth.
In other news, NC Poll, Rand Paul 0%
Hey Rand, take your a$$ and that Coon skin hat you wear on your head back to Ky and stay there. Maybe there is a Dog catcher opening.
Rand Paul is a sniveling little punk. The kid who would tell the teacher who was running with scissors. He needs to have a good bitch-slapping. . . . and a man’s haircut.
Paul and Rubio both - they didn't just "get too busy to show up for the vote on PP and Iran - they shunned it to support Boner and Mc-CON-us-all.
where are jeff sessions and mike lee ?
Never mind the fact that tax payers are funding Planned Parenthood who is choking the life out of babies and then selling their parts, we got decorum to think about!
Rand, wake up and smell the coffee burning!
As competitors in a contest Rand Paul is unfortunately expected to criticize Cruz and there are things to criticize. It is, however a strange error in judgment to criticize that which reccommends Cruz to the voters.
Whether or not the Rino-E liked it or not, Ted Cruz “hit the nail right on the head” when he gave his speech. It was refreshing to actually hear anyone tell the truth and the corrupt politicians being mentioned did not like it at all.
It was a breath of fresh air to hear the speech and Bravo to Cruz for doing so.
Now, if only enough people can hear the speech in its entirety. I passed the link to all of my friends but since it is an hour long, I don’t think many will stay for the full show. Too sad.
