While real estate mogul Donald Trump continues to lead the Republican field, several rivals are beginning to find footholds, the new poll shows. Trump leads with 30 percent of the vote, ahead of 15 percent for retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson and 10 percent for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush.

Morning Consult.
I believe FreeRepublic etiquette is to ping anyone you’re talking about in a post.
Also, a Trumpette calling someone else overly emotional? Ha! Though hardly surprising that you would respond with insults rather than actually respond to what I wrote. It’s the Trump way!
Which has been consistently higher for a Trump than nearly every other poll.
LoL Con, that poll was release 4 days ago by CNN/WMUR.
What makes you think I was talking about you? You are narcissistic, just like Trump.
Uh-huh...if it makes you feel better.
Seriously, I do think Trump has temporarily plateaued and possibly even went down in popularity. However, I also believe that Carson and FioRino are not serious contenders and their votes will likely in the long run go mostly to Trump. Though, I would bet that Cruz also gets a good chuck of Carson’s and FioRino’s current supporters.
Yes, Trumpette. And the last CNN/WMUR poll of NH before that was in July. So, when you point to the recent poll and say that he has “expanded” his lead in NH, that is a meaningless statement, because all it shows is that Trump’s lead has grown since July. Obviously, Trump’s support has increased since July—the question is whether it is increasing, holding steady, or decreasing now. And looking at the CNN/WMUR poll doesn’t tell you anything about that.
So you responded to a post that was responding to me, agreeing with that post, and referring to “conscience of an....,” and you weren’t referring to me? Riiiight.
And you keep looking at an outlier poll, if that makes you feel better.
Find ANY polls that do not have Trump in the lead?
When did I ever say he’s not leading in the polls? I said he’s not consistently polling 25-35%, which is true.
So what was your point in the beginning? To say the MC Poll was an outlier or just to try to minimize the fact that he is leading? You said the Morning Consult was an outlier. Fine. So I asked you a question about finding ANY poll that didn’t show him ahead. You didn’t.
That may be true but we may not see yet where that ceiling is. Trump screwed up in the last debate acquiescing to being p*ssy-whipped by Fiorina and missed his chance to blast the politically-correct women's double-standard B.S. like he did in the first debate with Kelly. If he had done that, I think his numbers would have gone up more.
I look for him to return to that form in the next exchange with Fiorina. I hope so at least.
Trump should show more support after this announcement. Not sure where that ceiling is.
Also, there's no one else out there.
I personally like Carson, but he is NOT presidential material IMO, especially now when a strong, determined, and aggressive leader is needed to turn this ship of state around. Carson is too laid back and doesnt have the moxie, IMO, to stand toe to toe with the Ruskies, the Muslims, the Chinese or the Left. I think Carson is a shooting star.
Forget about Fiorina. She's a also a shooting star with a lousy record and should go bye-bye soon.
For some reason, Cruz doesn't get the numbers. I really like Cruz and hope Trump, if elected, makes him VP.
Go Trump.
FR has the best circular firing squad on the net, at least during POTUS election years.
Yes, this and Zogby are always higher.
I remember one poll that had him that high, but I’m not sure it was this one.
He’s always been a globalist. He just was hiding it better before.
26 is good too. If you are leading by a wide margin its all good. The day before the 2012 election wasn’t Obama only leading Romney by 1%-2%?
Going into Iowa if Trump is leading the second place person by 3 pts color me happy. The polls will start to close in as the number of candidates dwindles.
It’s not a ‘meaningless’ statement.
It’s still 3 points higher for Trump in that poll since July which was released only 4 days ago on the 24th September, and that it is a post debate poll. 3 points is still a trend.
We see Trump in New Hampshire that he is still in double figures over the fading iCarly, and 3.5 times higher than Carson.
And this New Hampshire state polled 114 voters over that dumb national WSJ/LSDNBC poll.
What’s does that dumb WSJ/NBC poll average per state Con?
Yes, only 4.6 voters per state. Idiotic. The New Hampshire state poll is 72 times higher over the NBC poll average per state.
