Many within the GOP establishment — including Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and Kentucky Senator Rand Paul — are finally waking up to an inconvenient truth. Namely, this election cycle is a season for outsiders. As Donald Trump, Carly Fiorina, and Ben Carson surge in the polls, certain candidates who enjoyed mass quantities of encouragement and support from the Republican old guard are falling by the wayside with increasing speed, like Texas Governor Rick Perry, who many Republicans viewed as a shoo-in for the nomination and who suspended his campaign two weeks ago. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, a favorite among social conservatives, followed suit a short time later, calling on his fellow republicans to band together and take frontrunner Donald Trump out of contention for the good of the party.

Cruz has spent most of his adult life in government, hardly an outsider resume. And then there is his wifes' ties to Wall St and his NBC problem. Cruz is a good conservative he should stay in the Senate. Maybe Trump will put him on the Supreme Court there he belongs.
Carson is a wonderful man but he is not a leader. Unelectable
The democrats will stake Fiorina to the ground and skin her alive over her record of failure at both Lucent and HP. She has absolutely no chance of being elected.

Not true. Officially, Obamas' mother was a US Citizen and Obama was born in the USA (Hawaii). So no precedent has been set.

His parents were NOT citizens. According to one bio, he was born 6 months after his parents came here in student visas and could not possibly have become citizens in that short time. An anchorbaby does not qualify under the Constitution.
