McCarthy was Boehner’s little henchman that carried out punishments to any member that did not follow Boehner’s orders.
That piece of trash should be kicked out as well. The only reason he has stayed in office is because he is the GOPe candidate in a CA district that will never elect a democrat so he runs unopposed every year. He feels he can do anything and not be held accountable.
Having McCarthy there would be exactly the same as Boehner staying.
Most important point in the article: Go back to passing the 12 seperate appropriations bills. Pass them early. Make Obama veto them. Don’t let him get to October 1 and let him demand an all or nothing appropriations bill that gives him everything he wants.
Boehner promised he would return the house to following the law. He’s had 5 cycles to do this and hasn’t delivered once. Great damage could have been prevented if he had done this one thing.
McCarthy would be smoother talking version of Boehner. New guy same as old guy.
