Under Carly Fiorina, Hp Sold Millions Of Dollars Of Products To Iran

Carly Fiorina, a Republican candidate president and the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, presents herself on the campaign trail as a hawk on Iran. She’s promising to take a hardline on the regime in Tehran.

However, during her time as the chief executive of HP, she “sold hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of products to Iran through a foreign subsidiary, despite strict U.S. export sanctions,” Bloomberg reports.

While running the show at HP, Fiorina thwarted sanctions by dealing with Iran through European and Middle Eastern companies, allowing for the tech company to dominate the market in Tehran. By 2007, HP-made printers accounted for 41 percent of the total market share in the country, the report states.

Another reason to dump her in the trash bin of “wannabes”.

Sounds good to me. Also because the media, along with the GOPe, are now propping her up. Makes her even worse looking than she already is. Office holding wise that is...

A big more on Carly, The Outsider:

Fiorina is the ultimate Bush insider, and has deep ties to the surveillance state.
She is no “outsider.” She was recruited into the race to run interference for the Bush clan.
She has a long relationship with the Bush administration going back to 9/11, when she delivered an 18-wheeler full of servers to the NSA.

From 2007 until 2009, she chaired the CIA’s External Advisory Board.
I repeat — Fiorina worked for the CIA under George W. Bush....
...during the implementation of the domestic spying program PRISM.

She was appointed by Bush and Michael Hayden, who famously lied to congress about the NSA’s spying activities against all American citizens through our computers (PRISM). PRISM began in 2007, the same year that former HP CEO Fiorina joined the advisory board...

She denies any wrongdoing...

Her Bush/CIA ties are laid out here (National RINO View acts like it’s a good thing):

Forgot to add that the Fiorina staff couldn’t be reached for comment on the CIA/PRISM

But later in the campaign, the Republican candidate changed her tone on the matter, telling the Lady Globes magazine that technology could help Iran reengage with the world. “But isn’t it wonderful that Dell PCs and Apple iPhones are in Iran, because this is why we know that a woman has been condemned to be stoned to death because she is accused of adultery… The knowledge that we gain about was going on there is important. It gives us a human face on a brutal regime,” Fiorina said.

HP printers were 41% of the market in Tehran, and fiaRINO had to know that tens of millions of HP dollars were generated via a third party cut out into iran. She is too smart not to have known.

She got caught and now she is lying about it, sounds like, "dint do nuffin".

Excuse me, this is stupid. What I’d really like to know about are the names of all the illegal aliens Columba has hired over the years. I don’t know if Carly is my candidate, but Doing business with Iran is no diff than China

I look at her picture, and all I can think is "Nancy Pelosi".

She claims she didn't know an HP subsidiary was breaking the embargo with Iran? That's about foreign policy, and she's acknowledging that she was clueless, complicit, or didn't take US foreign policy as her personal obligation.

Isn't that disqualifying?

What else is she going to be “ignorant” about if she’s POTUS?

The US didn’t have trade sanctions placed on China.
Plus China are not state sponsors of terrorism.

Way to be ignorant, pal!

Where in #10 did I use the word “ignorant”? Clueless which I used is a different connotation.

It is so obvious that it has been decreed by some strange agreement between the RHINOs, CNN and FOX that Carly will now be the annointed one to lead the Republican nominees. She was given way more airtime than warrented during the CNN debate last week, given her poll numbers, and allowed to but in and ramble on longer than anyone else. Carly would lose in a general election to Hillary because she has a worse background and will not stand up to real scrutiny. It is time for the rest of the nominees to just refuse to participate in these dog and pony shows and just appeal directly to their audience. They are putting their political futures in the hands of the Cuomos and Rupert Murdoch.

And shipped jobs to China while laid off Americans at HP at the same time.

She took over $40 million in a severance package of money and stock, and in 10 years since has not gotten a CEO position.

Why should she? She failed at Lucent and HP, nobody wants to trust her.

Has received Beijing this news yet?
That is quite the revelation!

No, but the Norks do. Who owns the Norks? Still think this is a stupid way to go after Fiorina. I happen to think she’s just a placeholder for Jeb.
