Full title: Let the anti-Bernie Sanders red-baiting begin: Hillary Clintons super PAC wants you to know that hes a socialist
The Bernie Sanders 2016 boom has reached a critical threshold: it is now significant enough to be the target of nonsensical attacks from the Clinton universe. Sanders has been coming on hot in recent polling, overtaking Hillary in New Hampshire and threatening to pull even (or ahead) in Iowa. Up to this point, Clintons campaign has barely acknowledged Sanders existence and has maintained its critical focus on the Republican presidential candidates. But as the Huffington Post reports this morning, the Clinton-aligned super PAC Correct the Record is now dabbling in some very silly attacks on Sanders, looping in the democratic socialist senator as part of the international socialist conspiracy:
A super PAC backing Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is going negative, circulating an email that yokes her chief rival Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) to some of the more controversial remarks made by Jeremy Corbyn, the United Kingdoms new Labour Party leader, including his praise for the late Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan leader who provided discounted fuel to Vermont in a deal supported by Sanders.
THE RED MENACE! As HuffPo lays out, the gist of the email is that Corbyn, a long-serving socialist Member of Parliament, has made some extreme comments, and that there are similarities between Corbyn and Sanders. Correct the Record is also apparently trying to make the case that Sanders was totally best buds with now-deceased Venezuelan strongman Hugo Chavez...

Is he a Red? Then it isn’t red-baiting.
I love it watching liberals devour each other.
When your enemy is in the process of destroying himself, don’t interfere.
Isn’t this a bit like the pot calling the kettle, er..., red?
Let Hillary and Bernie beat up on each other. There will be plenty of time to attack them after the primaries.
America can’t afford for Clinton to be the ‘RAT nominee. I’m a big fan of Bennie! Go Bennie! LOL!
But, but Hillary Clinton's super PAC cannot tell you the difference between a socialist and a Democrat! Ha ha
Pinkos don’t see what is wrong with Communism in the first place.
How dare they call him a socialist?
Sure, he is an avowed socialist, but how dare they call him one?
Bernie is an anti-capitalist. He wants to destroy capitalism in this country. That makes him much worse than a socialist. The only reason he isn’t being called a Communist is because a few democrats are against it. But make no mistake, the bern firmly believes that Communism just hasn’t been tried by the right people.
She’s a watermelon. Green on the outside and red to the core. I need to make some popcorn.

See the Labour Party in the UK. This is what Bernie is. There are similar parties all over the world. There is a move to one world socialism and Bernie is part of that.
What a wonderful educational opportunity for a conservative.
Accurately describe conservative constitutionalism’s many benefits, while illuminating Marxist-socialism’s thief nature. And shine Democrat leaders right next to Bernie.
Is it red-baiting if he proudly calls himself a socialist? These lefties confuse me.
Indeed. His popularity comes from him openly embracing that which the Left stands for, as opposed to Hillary! just giving it lip service. He promises every modern incarnation of "from each according to their means, to each according to their needs" (with no objective/moral restraint thereupon).
>> It was strange seeing Bernie try to combine Christianity and socialism - the last person that tried that was Jim Jones <<
Wrong. Don’t overlook the current efforts of Pope Francis.
Next time Hillary holds a press conference ( don’t hold your breath for that) some reporter should ask her the difference between the Democrats and Socialists. Just like was done to Debbie Downer.
Don’t hold your breath on that either.
