That’s a lie.

Carson advocates all illegals staying here. They register. They become citizens later.

Trump advocates ALL illegals return to their home nations. They then go through the immigration process and are vetted. Then when they are processed, only the non criminal element can come back in. They are then given legal status. Later they become citizens.

There is a big difference.

Carson is saying law-abiding folks can stay, but they get no govt assistance. If they continue with a “pristine” record they can stay. But as guest workers only. What their eventual status may, is open to national debate some time after the border is secured and things are regularized.

Trump says all the criminals have to leave, but those with a clean record who have work here can come right back.

The main difference between trump’s and Carson’s is that Carson’s is logistically-easier, and more likely to achieve a high level of adherence.
