COBB, Calif. (KCRA) A fast-moving wildfire burning in Lake County exploded to 50,000 acres and has destroyed hundreds of homes, Cal Fire officials said.
Cal Fire spokesman Daniel Berlant said more than 100 homes were destroyed by a wildfire that exploded in size within hours. That number was updated into the hundreds Sunday afternoon.
Berlant said wind gusts that reached up to 30 mph sent embers raining down on homes.

I’m watching this now! It does not look good! Prayers up!!
Awful.
Was watching the weather in Redding last week 100+ temps and SINGLE DIGIT humidity.
Very concerned about possible fires in that region.
The people of any western state that loses their property/livelihood in these completely preventable fires need to collectively bring RICO charges against the EPA/BLM and the respective states for putting the importance of weeds and meadow mice ahead of humans. All these are the result of the asinine ‘laws’ that prevent clearing of land and sensible forestry practices.
These ‘laws’ are no different than the sanctuary city crap when you get down to it. Pure politics to benefit Democrat constituencies...in this case eco nazis...it’s a vote buying scheme.
Besides being instructed to kill military here in the U.S., weren’t American muslims instructed to set forest fires?

This fire is so hot the plume is registering on the weather radar all the way up to 30k ft.
I live in Lake County. Cobb is gone. Middletown is gone. Last night I went to Hidden Valley to get my daughter’s animals. Houses in her neighborhood were on fire. The Shell station in Hidden Valley caught fire and exploded.
Other than that everything’s just fine....
These western fires are animals. Certainly a different kind of animal than the ones we occasionally get here in Michigan.
The Duck lake fire in 2012 burned for weeks but only covered some 22 thousand acres. It was still the 3rd largest fire in Michigan since the 1880s. It was a swamp fire that burned underground much of the time before bursting into the open and flash over areas of woods.
Stay safe! Sending prayers for all the people and animals!!
They defy G-d at their own peril.
The interactive map below is not entirely updated. The fire jumped Hwy 29 and wreaked havoc in Hidden Valley and further south in Middletown....
Terrorist.
You are right, as long as they spit in God’s face, God will turn more and more heat up on them.
how far did it get into hidden valley?
What exactly does this have to do with Obama, the Dems, The GOP, Trump, Hillary, Jeb Bush and all that crap?

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) — The devastating Valley Fire quickly exploded in size to 40,000 acres after breaking out Saturday afternoon. Entire communities have been devastated and thousands have been forced to get out.
Hundreds, if not thousands, of residents have been forced to evacuate, many running as the fire came down the hill toward their homes.

So people have an idea.
Middletown (formerly Middle Station and Middleton) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lake County, California, United States.[2] Middletown is located 17 miles (27 km) south of Lower Lake,[3] at an elevation of 1,099 feet (335 m).[2] The population was 1,323 at the 2010 census, up from 1,020 at the 2000 census. Middletown was given its name because it is halfway between Lower Lake and Calistoga which is 17 miles (27 km) to the south.
Yeah, God set the fire.
If only they were more religious, combustion in nature wouldn’t occur...
